- JWJacob WhiteApr 25, 20261.0This last visit I specifically requested my tires to be aired up in addition to my oil change, as I had one specific tire that needed another 10 psi of air. Was informed that was included every time (this has never been done for me before at valvoline) My tires were all filled, except the one that actually needed air. I could tell because I also had my tires rotated and my car's sensors indicated they only moved the low air tire to the front, it wasn't filled. On top of this i had brought my own oil, upon completing my oil change they returned my unused oil to my trunk without securing the lid and spilled an entire quart of oil inside my car. Based on this experience I will never be back and will absolutely advise others not to do the same, I have never had my vehicle treated so poorly by trusted technicians anywhere else in my entire life.
