  We got our oil changed, and Gabriel gave us excellent advice on services that we should do soon based on our car and mileage. We took his advice and got our radiator flushed, and new coolant added. They also helped us remove our skid plate that had become very loose due to flooding. Our other technician was Jerm, and they all did an outstanding job. We will be back for maintenance visits. Thank you 😊

  Was not impressed. I asked prior to having any service, I asked if they still Grease all lubrication points on the chassis (1996 F150), I was told I believe so. I heard him state filling washer fluid, it was bone dry. He did top off the fluid in the overflow for the radiator and spilled oil while filling which gave the wonderful smell of oil burning off the exhaust manifold. It took forever for them to complete the oil change. Evidently the guy up top didn't communicate with the guy in the pit and oil wasn't drained until after shift change. Had to flag someone down to find out what was taking so long. I had to pick my wife up and this took a lot longer then it should have. What I think was a manager apologized and gave a discount and the receipt. Looking over the receipt I noticed that where it had grease points, they put sealed. Not on this truck! I asked him about that and he stated that they no longer provide this service, the one I asked about prior to getting oil change. I would have gone somewhere else or did it myself if I knew they did not provide all the services the had once provided. On top of that they added oil surcharges on the oil change and on one of the quarts of oil. Awesome. I will not go back to that location and probably will not visit valvoline again if these are the the new policies.

  I got a message I needed oil. The oil was filled pretty quickly. The representatives were friendly and personable.

  Lied about when I need to get my next oil change! I paid extra to get full synthetic oil so it will last longer. Usually a full synthetic oil change will last me about 7,000 miles. But Valvoline gave me a sticker that said I need to change my oil again in 3,000 miles! What!! This is the first time I’ve come to Valvoline and now apparently I have to change my oil twice as often?? No way! They only say that so I’ll come more often and pay more money. Plus they spent the entire time trying to upsell me on everything, including air filters, tire rotations, and A BATTERY?? Unacceptable, an oil change should be simple but this one ended up being difficult. And now I have an oil sticker on my car that is completely inaccurate.
