  I picked up a rental car on July 3 and this location was very busy. Jordan was the only one behind the counter and I have to give her kudos. As busy as they were, she was polite, handled every customer as if they were the only one there, and never got rattled. I was extremely impressed as you don't see this level of customer service very often.

  I'm not sure about using Enterprise again! I rented a car for one day and called the next day to extend it no one answered the phone and I blew up the phone trying to get in touch with them. I chose this location because it is convenient and close to my home, the next day I showed up at the time to return the car and it was closed, the next day the same thing. No one told me the customer they were going to be closed and or I wouldn't have kept it an extra day. I had to return dang car to an outl of the way location and when I finally got customer service on the phone there was a language barrier and the man was very rude. I always use Enterprise in the past and I'm thoroughly disappointed with them. Be careful of the location at 1725 S IH East in Irving and the company in general. 🤬

  I understand that forgetting my driver’s license was my mistake, and I completely respect that they couldn’t rent me a vehicle without the physical license. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. I had taken an Uber to the location, so I needed another Uber to get back home. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the phone service in the area, and I couldn’t get my phone to work. I showed the employee that my phone was displaying “SOS” and asked if I could use the office phone to call for a ride. I was simply told, “No. Go outside and try again. Sometimes there’s not good cell signal in here.” I ended up sitting there for about an hour, walking in and out of the building, waiting for my phone to finally get a signal. During that entire time, no one checked on me or offered any other way to help. Because I was stranded for so long, I ended up missing a pet-sitting job and lost that income. At one point, one of the employees asked who all was still on the list. The employee at the front said it was me, but that I needed my driver’s license. I replied, “You can take me off the list. I’m not going to need the car anymore. I’m stranded and I don’t know when I’ll get out of here.” She looked at me and smiled but didn’t say anything. I was overwhelmed and honestly wanted to cry because I didn’t know what else to do. I was even considering starting to walk until I could get enough cell service to request an Uber. Thankfully, my phone eventually got a signal, and I was finally able to order one. I wasn’t asking anyone to break company policy or rent me a car without my license. I simply hoped for a little compassion and basic customer service. A quick phone call or any attempt to help someone who was stranded would have gone a long way.

  I’ve rented a two different vehicles here from Enterprise. I had a great experience both time and the two wonderful employees Jordan and Harvey were very professional and great to work with. I would recommend this location, my only advice for the detailing person to make sure all the armor all is wiped down and not left to try. I’d recommend this location to everyone.
