  Picking up the car went flawlessly. Jordan was very good at explaining everything and knew how to do the job well. Jordan was also there as I returned the car and asked how everything was. It was the best car rental experience because of Jordan. Will definitely use this location again. Give Jordan a raise!

  This particular location has consistently failed to meet my expectations. Despite spending approximately $3,000 monthly with Enterprise, I consider this to be the least satisfactory branch I have encountered. I recommend utilizing the Carrollton location, which is conveniently located nearby and offers a superior experience.

  I left my prescription glasses in the vehicle during the trade. I returned the next day and was told they were missing. Very disappointing, as they are essential for me. I expected better responsibility with customers’ belongings.

  I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a week and a half. I had several interactions with the staff, 2 of which were phone calls and 3 in person conversations. The person I originally dealt with upon renting the car got me in and out quickly. I was in the office probably 5 minutes before being taken to my car. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I felt like a valued customer When returning the car I was welcomed by Jalon who checked me in and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I would call a Lyft but he told me to wait right there and Chris would take me to pick up my car. Chris immediately came and drove me where I needed to go. I have rented a lot of cars over the years (most all from Enterprise) but this was the best store I have ever encountered. Highly recommend the Addison location!

  The best car rental experience I have ever had. The vehicle that I needed was available - a pickup. In reality it wasn't EXACTLY the vehicle I needed. I needed a pickup with an 8-foot bed but the Chevy pickup that they had was acceptable. The truck was very CLEAN. I cannot remember the last time I've gotten a rental vehicle that was actually clean. I have gotten in the habit of bringing cleaners with me when I rent a vehicle so I can wipe the cabin and clean the inside windows before I leave the lot. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was efficient with little to no waiting, and we were on our way to Norman, OK to move my daughter back from college. There is a night drop for the keys so I dropped the truck off about 1/2 hour after they closed and was finished in one day with little hassle.
