- SGSam Gonzalez4 days ago1.0These guys suck. I waited on hold for almost a whole entire god forsaken hour waiting for absolutely nothing. I drove up to the location (still on hold) and asked not only why I was on hold for nearly an hour but also as to why I got an email saying that I owe $558.58 on my rental from February (a rental that was paid by insurance). I didn’t get an answer for either one. Incompetence beyond belief.

Also the schedule is the best for people who work long hours, because they have a dropoff key box. I had a good experience there

When I called to speak to a representative I was on hold for 40 minutes during operating hours with no answer.

She refused to accept a valid driver’s license (DL) and gave a reason that made no sense. We tried several times to find a solution, but instead of helping us or explaining what other options were available, she simply kept saying no. According to her, we couldn’t pay with cash, we couldn’t pay with a card, and she offered absolutely no alternative that would allow us to rent the car. It honestly felt like she was more interested in finishing her shift than helping customers. She showed no willingness to assist, was rude throughout the interaction, and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
