  Very helpful, friendly, and got me in and out of there fast! They were able to diagnose some issues with my car and did not try to up sell me. I will use them in the future for oil changes and battery needs.

  I've been coming to the Valvoline location on south 14th for several years now, and always have a great experience. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They are quick and never have you waiting for long. I will always come here for my oil changes. Thanks guys!

  It was my first time here, and I plan on coming back for my oil changes and other services offered for my car, from now on. Patricia was wonderful and I didn’t catch either of the men’s names, but they all did a fantastic job. Even though they were busy and it was after 5:30p, they still made sure to take their time to get it done right. With impeccable customer service too. 10/10 would definitely recommend & yes I will be coming back again

  Regional Manager Nate and Manager Jay were very social. I told them my tires needed 40psi but my two front were set at 55. Considering the off-road tires I have, we set them all the same. I’m glad the guys double checked me. Keeping me safe. Made another visit to Valvoline today to check my oil in my jeep (05/06/2026). I’m ahead on my mileage at 116,358 and my change is due 118,000, so I asked Patricia if she could check my oil and see if it actually needed to be changed or if it was good? She checked my oil and said it was still good. Sweet! Because most places would have charged you for an oil change even if you didn’t need it. Integrity is hard to come by these days.
