  I waited nearly 45 mins for a bay and then the oil change too another 50 mins. Team seemed very scattered. Not the usual organized garage. Boxes of product everywhere. Everyone moving slowly. New trainee had the best smile and everyone else looked exhausted and disinterested. None of the usual checks were done like air filter, tires, etc. At the end of the service, no one knew how to reset my maintenance alert on my car, which has been part of every past visit. I finally gave up and left. I’ve been a long time customer- and this experience makes me wonder if I’ll be back.

  This is the ONLY spot I’ll go to. They’re always kind, patient and thorough. I dread taking my car anywhere for anything except for here. Thank y’all!

  Sat for nearly two hours while I watched 2 guys work and two managers walk around and talk. They were professional and friendly but way too inefficient. It was like they have one person changing oil and three car bays. Would use take 5 or even another valve line because I’ve never sat for as long as I have waiting on a service. It being 100 degrees out and having my car turned off for an hour is unpleasant and slightly unprofessional
