  I would like to say thank you to Rachel Fluri for all her help getting into our new car. She took the time to explain everything from front to back of the vehicle. Rachel was very knowledgeable & professional. When the time comes to get another one I will be coming back to her 100%!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Buying Experience — Honest, Human, and High-Tech After months of exhausting and often disheartening experiences with used car dealerships—full of misleading tactics, pressure, and broken promises—we arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Abilene feeling cautious, emotionally drained, and extremely skeptical. We had encountered more than our fair share of dishonest sales reps, and by the time we walked through their doors, we were simply hoping for someone to treat us with honesty and respect. What we got was so much more. From the very beginning, Lyndi, our sales consultant, was a breath of fresh air. I would highly suggest asking for her. She was beyond honest about everything. She was detail-oriented, communicative, and incredibly patient, walking us through every step of the process with care. She anticipated our concerns, responded with clarity, and never once made us feel rushed or manipulated. Her ability to balance professionalism with personal connection made all the difference. Lyndi, thank you — you changed our entire outlook on what car buying should feel like. Devin, the finance manager, deserves a huge shoutout as well. He not only helped us structure our financing intelligently, but also guided us away from common mistakes that could have cost us dearly.
