The receptionist was extremely rude and short with me because I don't understand the insurance process. My insurance told me to find a place and let them know where it is. She said she would speak to me about my car after insurance sent me to her. I tried to explain but she just repeated herself and rushed me off the phone. I will never trust my car with them after that. Not recommend.

Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle everything they worked on on my truck had to be redone now im having issues with my truck while calling the office the Gm and corporate im getting 3 different lies they called me to tell me my truck was ready upon arriving to pick up my truck that they told me was ready my truck immediately had to be put b back in the shop to fix what they charged insurance to fix companies like this are the reason small honest business owners don't have a chance in the world they want someone else to pay for their shotty work

Very rude! When we tried to call and talk to the front office lady that answers the phone, she decided it was more important to hurriedly get off the phone becauseshehad better things to do than take the call. Repeatedly talked over us and not listen to what we had to say.

So first they told us the car would take a month to fix when they kept it for 2 months. Secondly when we got the car we still had to take it back for another 3 days due to the driver door not having the rubber seal so when it rained the water would come through, and finally the reason why I'm super upset is because when they fixed our vehicle they never told us they replaced the driver side door. It wouldnt have been a big deal except recently we went to trade in our vehicle, the sales person ran our vin number on the driver side door and it came back as our car being a total loss and that it was a completely different car when that was not the case. So apparently that makes the car hard to sale and made them hesitant to take the car. We went to 3 different places and they all said the same. I feel like paceline could of said something or fixed the vin so we wouldnt have had that issue. Extremely disappointing!
