  nikk, was VERY rude to the employees when we stop by on our way through their city & im very disappointed w the attitude we received from her as well. i hope this can be fixed quickly considering we will be stopping here again for our next family trip. i was very upset my kids had to witness that human being are jus plain rude sometimes.

  Ive been a regular here for a week, and with a heavy heart theres some things that need to be said. I enjoy every time I walk into the store, the employees are always so welcoming and kindhearted, that is with the exception of one. Now when I say I’m a regular, I mean that, I spend a lot of time (and money) at this truck stop. At first, I thought everyone was great, until one morning I was grabbing my breakfast before work as usual and I was treated not so nicely. Nick, strange name for a lady, is probably one of the rudest people I’ve met in my entire life. Now growing up, Ive been just about everywhere, I’ve seen some really nasty mouthed people before. But this lady? She tops the cake. Not only is she unbelievably vile mouthed to her employees (I’ve heard their interactions) but she is also just as horrible to her customers. Now, I can take a lot thrown at me, I understand some people just aren’t kind. But working in customer service related fields, you cannot be this way. There needs to be a large internal investigation on her, because I’m so sure that if you look under the microscope theres a lot of malpractice on her part when it comes to how she conducts her job duties. As a store manager you’d expect so much better of her. All the other managers are great! I’ve met every single one of them, they’re all amazing people. When I come in to grab whatever I need, I always am greeted by friendly conversation with quite literally everyone else. I’ve spoken to a few people about it, but Ive not been able to effectively reach the proper channels. This lady is like PMS, at this point I’m trying to know what vehicle she drives as to avoid going in the truck stop while she is on duty, and that’s SAD. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable grabbing a quick meal or some gas just because she is in the store. Something needs to be done about her professionalism or she needs to find a new job. At the rate she is going, I’m not sure how she even has a job!

  Shout out to Jonas for a great job and customer service friendly flying j is better known for it's great customer service and friendly staff and great food and not to mention it's clean restrooms and showers along with a great staff they are soo welcoming smiling faces just beautiful they make you feel right at home God bless you all keep up the good work
