  Ryan at the airport Enterprise went above and beyond when I had a rental I was dissatisfied with. He completely changed my view of Enterprise customer service and after his help today I will make sure to keep coming here for my cars.

  The only downside was that I was going to have to wait 5 hours after my set pick up time of 1:30 pm. Ryan gave me his card with his number. I called after I left the airport paying for parking for the first time and I called and asked if I could have a discount due to waiting 5 hours and he had a car just come available. I would have hoped he would have called me to let me know but it all worked out. The Kia K5 was amazing and so needed to navigate throughout Fort Worth for my trip. I got pretty much 40 mpg and it drove so smooth. The extra bells and whistles to the car was a plus. I was also able to turn in the keys and than go get my car and drive over to my rental to put all our stuff in the my car versus trying to take it all across to the parking lot. That was so helpful and I checked with Ryan before and he was so accommodating and made the end of the long trip so much better. Funny thing is I started out with a rental with Hertz through AAA. I didn’t learned until upon arrival that the limit was 150 miles a day and I needed unlimited. The gentlemen at Hertz was so rude having zero customer service to start and after walking over to Enterprise to ask some questions, Ryan was so kind from the beginning. So I was able to get a new rental via online and great customer service as it should be from Ryan from start to finish. I will stay with Enterprise for here on out!

  Opt for an SUV instead of sedan. Easier entry and exit as you get older.
