  Rude staff. Another customer and I waited by the counter for about 10 minutes and could hear someone in the back, but no one would come out. I finally poked my head in the back and was greeted by a rude stare and a person who said he couldn't help us and that he was just a detailer. I finally figured out how to return my car (fill out the form and drop the keys in a box), but the other guy's car wouldn't start and he was told that he couldn't help him. I would rent from a different company in Abilene.

  Rented a car in San Antonio (SA) and drove to Abilene. We had a flat tire in Abilene and had to put on the spare. We then needed to exchange the car for the drive back to SA. We ended up at the airport location where Ryan Fuentes, Branch Manager, helped us out. Ryan did a fantastic job for us and we greatly appreciated the phenomenal customer service he provided in a courteous, friendly and expeditious manner. Thank you, Ryan.
