  They left me stuck in the interstate in Fort Worth and I had to pay $175 for a tow truck after I had called them all day long and it was so hot that I overheated and they were gonna take me in the ambulance, so I had to pay for a tow truck to come and pick up the car because they were gonna impound it , then in mineral Wells, Texas. It broke down again I spent every day on the seven day trip getting a hold of them to tell them there’s something wrong with the fuel system I had already spent all my money on the rental $700 and on the $500 gas and $175 for the tow I purchased the insurance through them cost me another $35 a day and I have root insurance and nobody came to save me. I have spent all my money never made it to funeral and now I have nothing at all and I’m trying to go to college and I’m having to borrow money. This is ridiculous. I spent $500 cash $700 that I owe my boyfriend and then another$175 leaving me $0

  Costumer service sucks. They tell you if you have an emergency or issues call a certain number. I call due to a issue i had and they first gave me the run around and they came and told me i needed to wait till the next day to resolve thw issue. I needed thebissue resolved then not the next day. Customer service sucks. The actual workers at the clack site are wonderful. I been dealing with them spending lots of money for them to treat a customer like this. I will be looking for another company. Smh.. Very disappointed. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me theres no manager on duty. How is that.. I would choose another company, or hope u dont have any issues..

  The car hasn't a couple issues but they didn't affect the driveability. Fast, friendly and a great rate.

  I rented a 2025 Toyota Corolla. If the inside of the car gets too hot it will not cool. You could circulate the air from outside, but it was 98 degrees outside. I couldn't get in contact with anyone at Enterprise. I went to a Toyota dealership after watching a YouTube video to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. I wasn't. I drove almost 5 hours with my window all the way down. Wind was blowing 30 to 40mph gust outside(normal if you are from TX) when an 18 wheeler came by I was blown to the right a little😂😂 Enterprise gave a partial refund.

  Barely a one star because the lady a spoke to was courteous & kind, but otherwise company policy makes it impossible to do business with because of no utility bills to my name at where I reside, even there is a plethora of other proof of long term ties to my local community and that I am not going anywhere. Sadly it's not enough, and unfortunately I had to cancel a week-long reservation and I need to look elsewhere that will accept my business.
