- AMAshley MaeAug 24, 20265.0🌟 Clement was fantastic 🌟 started off my ten day rental in a slightly different car than I intended to book all good. A few days later before my big trip out of town one of the tires went low. I went back up to exchange it and Clement recognized me from the following week. He helped make things right immediately. I was back on the road quickly and the new car better fit my needs and comfort anyway. Drop off was a breeze as I was recognized again by Clement. (Give the at man a raise for his outstanding customer service, I think he took time out of his lunch to help during drop off, either way great experience) Will be coming back to this location!
- VRVictor ReyesAug 13, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. Customer service and the online reservation system showed that vehicles were available at this location. However, after going through multiple phone prompts just to finally speak with an employee at the actual location, I was told that they had no vehicles available and that the availability shown online or provided by customer service is not always accurate. That is a major problem. Customers should be able to rely on the company’s website and customer service when making travel plans. The local branch, online system, and customer service should all be working from the same real-time inventory information. Because of this issue, I now have to delay my travel by two additional days until a vehicle becomes available. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my plans. For a company as large as Enterprise/National, there really should be a better system in place. If a location does not have vehicles available, the website and customer service should not tell customers otherwise. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
