  Mr. Lavorick was so hands on and professional and extremely professional it was mind blowing to receive such service like that. I was walking in thinking that since I was coming from a big company. He would just blow me off, but no, he greeted me with a great giant biggsman and a firm handshake and eye to eye contact. It made me feel like I was at home. He listened to me in all the concerns I had with the trailer.Made sure to go over everything.Not once , but twice also brought the technician over to make sure that he understood everything as well. Then he did a follow-up with my supervisor went over the same findings with him after the tech evaluated his findings and completed the repairs.And then confirmed the repairs. This is most definitely a very professional establishment , and I highly recommend them to everybody on a commercial as well as personal level of service. Make sure you ask for " Mr. Lavorick" my friend and tell them that I sent you!
