  3 days ago I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport and Paul Thomas was never pushy ( like many car salespeople are) and was very helpful with any questions I had. He knew this was a big decision for me and was patient. I will recommend Russell Barnett Ford in Winchester and specifically Paul Thomas to any of my friends and family when considering an automobile purchase.

  I rarely write reviews, but I would be doing everyone a huge disservice by not sharing my insanely positive experience! Alex Sanders took total care of me from point A to Z. I found a car online at the dealership, called in, and got connected with him - best thing that could’ve happened to me! He made the car purchasing experience not only quick, easy, and literally painless, but I’d even say fun!! He was super attentive and not pushy at all. His no BS approach was a game changer for me and made me more than happy to buy my car from him! He texted me throughout the entire process to keep me updated and made me feel much more calm when I was running later than planned by telling me he would wait after closing time and even offered to drive my current car back home for me if I needed him to! 10/10 experience - would absolutely recommend Alex and the team at Russell Barnett any chance I can!

  Outstanding, no pressure during the sales process. All sales personnel were friendly and eager to help. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Russell Barnett Ford.

  Ad said "everything works as it should" on this used vehicle. Salesman said it was a good motorhome. Drove over 6 hours round trip to purchase it. When we got there, we were told the generator would not stay running. There was no way to know if everything works as it should or not, plus I don't think it was running when they got it, so there was no way they knew everything works as it should, as stated in the ad. I guess they were taking the previous owner's word. Also, there were many things that had been changed out and some things were not done properly or were missing completely. There should have been pictures and descriptions of things that were missing, modified, flawed, etc. Since is was being sold through the Dealership, it should have been checked out completely before listing it for sale claiming everything works as it should. Salesman was very nice though. However, whoever posted the ad should have described it better. One more thing. The rest rooms inside the dealership were needing attention. One toilet would not flush at all, both were not clean, there were no paper towels to dry hands, and the hand blow dryer was weak. Needless to say, we did not buy the vehicle. Over six hours of our time wasted (left home at 7:00 AM, got there at 10:06 AM and got back home at 2:30 PM) and $60.00 of gas spent. A very disappointing experience.

  Had a deal made within 10 minutes of test drive!! If you want a straight deal with no BS, ask for Alex Sanders! He was amazing to work with, easy communicator, and it was a great experience! Negotiated a fair trade in too and drove home in my new vehicle!!! Thanks Alex and everyone at Russell Barnett Ford!
