- MDMeegan Durm3 days ago1.0When arriving and telling them the problem the service guy called the one who changed the fluids last week and he said after being asked about the radiator cap he was never under the hood but all fluids were checked. The service department said they checked the fluid in the reservoir and test drove my car to build pressure up but they moved it from the shop door to the owning not even five feet they gave me a run around while I watched them outside the whole 20 mins. And then they lied to my partner on the phone about what they had done and I was there the whole time.

- MSMichael SchaferOct 2, 20265.0I can’t remember the last time I received such wonderful customer service from a dealership. The sales team at Russell Barnett Ford are absolutely wonderful. They took care of all my needs and made this purchase easy. This was a pleasant experience. I will look at them in the future. Just to share I flew in from Montana.
