  What is becoming of this chain? Washing laundry requires an amount of water that these pathetic machines are unable to produce. Why? For the sake of your profit my clothes are "washing" a dry cycle which is unheard of.

  Cleanest shower cabins I have ever seen at a pilot. Nearly all of them are filthy but not this . Who ever cleans these treat them good and keep them around.

  Here's a polished version of your review that keeps your concerns clear while improving readability and impact: I would like to start by saying that I don't even want to give this store one star. This location is beyond disgusting. The restrooms had literal sewage and waste overflowing from the toilets, making them unusable. Considering how many truck drivers and travelers rely on these facilities, having only filthy, overflowing bathrooms with long lines is completely unacceptable. Now, let's talk about the manager, Ralph, who was on duty that morning. The customer service team was actually very polite and professional, but Ralph's attitude and behavior reflected poorly on the company. We attempted to process a return with the receipt and the product in its original packaging. Ralph claimed the purchase had been made with a card requiring a PIN, which is exactly how we paid using tap-to-pay with a PIN. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he became argumentative and raised his voice. We even asked him to review the security cameras because sometimes the last four digits displayed on receipts do not match the card information shown during tap-to-pay transactions. Rather than helping, he told us to leave the store. When Ralph became loud and disrespectful, my fiancé responded to his attitude. Ralph then threatened to have us removed and attempted to call the police instead of handling the situation professionally. The entire interaction was unnecessary and escalated because of his behavior. I also found it concerning that my fiancé, who is Hispanic, received a noticeably different attitude from Ralph. When I approached the register( I’m caucasian) , I noticed his tone and demeanor changed significantly. Because of this, I remained at the register and continued speaking with him while my fiancé walked away. I sincerely hope management reviews the security footage and evaluates how this situation was handled. To end this review, the bathrooms were as dirty as Ralph's attitude. The employee Cinnamon man guy , however, was professional, helpful, and respectful throughout the situation. If anyone deserves recognition or a raise, is the Cinnamon man. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope corporate management addresses both the sanitation issues and the conduct of its management staff. I advised all drivers and any travelers that want professional staff to go to the pilot down the street to Dakota store they were amazing!
