  They don't provide good service; you stand there for a long time and the vacuum cleaners are closed and not working.

  I'm a member at Take 5 in Clarksville. They use a different RFID but I choose Take 5 because I can use any car wash nationwide...or so I thought. Today, me, the driver beside me, and the driver in the car before me were accused of trying to scam them and get a free car wash because our membership "wasn't showing in their system." We offered to show the rude "ladies" that the money was taken out of our bank account on 7/24 but they refused to look. 3 people at the same time having the same issue and the employees couldn't use deductive reasoning to figure our that it might be a system error. Is this the Whistle Express guest service standard?

  By far the worst car wash in the state. You pre pay for your unlimited washes and then they are always closed during their business hours. And if you’re lucky enough to catch them the 30 minutes during a day they might be open, they have the worst customer service ever. Super unfriendly and they act like it’s annoying you’re giving them business. And it’s impossible to talk to anyone to cancel your membership. Save your money and go to Tidal Wave. They have way better customer service and their machines work better.

  Very poor customer service. The only reason I got a car wash was to utilize the vacuums afterwards. After I had gone through, none of the vacuums were working. When we asked, they said that they have to be turned off after it rains. No signage saying that the vacuums weren’t available. When I asked if I could come back later, both workers just stood and stare. No remedy for the issue. No apology. Nothing. The only reason I went through was for the vacuums. Will not return. Unfortunately White House, TN has no reputable car washes.
