Very poor customer service. The only reason I got a car wash was to utilize the vacuums afterwards. After I had gone through, none of the vacuums were working. When we asked, they said that they have to be turned off after it rains. No signage saying that the vacuums weren’t available. When I asked if I could come back later, both workers just stood and stare. No remedy for the issue. No apology. Nothing. The only reason I went through was for the vacuums. Will not return. Unfortunately White House, TN has no reputable car washes.

$20 something dollar wash membership that turned into a $287 bill to get a new tire mounted.
This carwash used to be the best in town, but has fallen off in recent years. Half the time the wash leaves dirt all over the car in easily visible and accessible areas, but that isn't my biggest concern.
I went through on april 17th, and the track inside the wash must have had some problem with it, as it jarred my vehicle rather harshly. Beyond the fact that the track slashed the tire, it did damage to the wheel of my nearly brand new car with 7,000 miles on it. Peeved doesn't quite express the frustration.

Attendanta are not at the car wash location several times have to track them down, yesterday broke the wiper arm off the back of my suv and the “assistant manager” tried to tell me it would just pop right back on! It was broken, no spring… it wasn’t going back on, then gets smart and tells me to read the sign!

After the Inclement weather, I took my new car through, paid $18 to to get the above basic wash. When I came out, the whole right side of my vehicle was covered in soap. I pointed it out and they let me go through again. When I came out the second time, it was worse than the first and I asked for my money back so I could go to the other car wash in town. The kid on shift said he wasn’t aware how to do that but to come back the next day and talk to the manager. I do so, and the manager wasn’t working. The shift lead attempted to refund me but was unable to figure out how. He instead offered me 2 free top of the line car washes, but why would I want to go through the car wash AGAIN if it the whole issue is, it didn’t clean my car… he provided customer services phone number. It took over a month, and I had to call and check in on my report for customer service to respond. Once they did, they said they cannot refund me as I went through the car wash. Obviously! How else would I know that the equipment isn’t working?! Not like the employees are going to/permitted to tell people that. Save your money. Go to another car wash.
