I still trust them on tires But....all three times were the same technician....first time he found the battery terminals...battery low asked about appointment got ignored....second time he couldn't find the terminals....and third time? He could find them again! I know nothing about cars and I know exactly where the battery terminals are...so I wonder what other checks he was skipping. One time I was low on antifreeze, a sign of an issue, and didn't know it...and if I didn't look at the paper I still wouldn't have known. The lady at the register said someone should have told me and that they may have to charge me to fill it...they didn't because my car has a small reservoir, but it was below the low line on the reservoir and they were just going to let me drive off to possibly destroy my car. Another time, they sent me something in the mail a month later saying I needed tires. You couldn't just tell me while I was there? And shortly after getting tires I need at least one new brake caliper and rotor....you telling me there was no sign of issues with any of those things when I got the tires changed? I feel like that is something that should get a courtesy inspection with how expensive tires area, but maybe not. Why do they still get 3 stars? They don't price gouge as much on tires as many places and offer some brands other places will not. And the people are nice, the ones you deal with at least.

Above and Beyond! We were on our way to a local campground when we had a blowout on one of our travel trailer tires. Since we were 4 hours from home, we decided we better get all tires replaced. We arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment and backed trailer into one of their stalls. As we were waiting, they came and told us we had a broken shackle at the end of our axle. They recommended an RV parts store (that was 45 mins away) but while waiting to see if they had the part, they mentioned a local welder for possible repair. The weld shop was only 1 1/2 miles from Goodyear, but since our truck was still connected to our trailer it meant a long walk or disconnecting truck. I politely asked Jerry at the counter if any of his guys could give my husband a ride over, when to my surprise he quickly offered his own car! While waiting for my husband to return from welder, Jerry brought me a print out saying they possibly had that part at local Lowe’s if welder was unable to repair. Thankfully that wasn’t necessary as weld shop happened to have 2 of the shackles in stock. My husband brought those back and Goodyear replaced the shackles on both sides before finishing tire installation. Our original quote was $530 for tires, but after spending all that extra time and labor our bill was still only $612. From speaking to Sam originally to make appointment, awesome Jerry at the counter and the installation crew in garage, we received top notch service above and beyond expectations!! Jerry showed true caring and compassion for us and his other customers that he helped while we waited. We need more people like Jerry in this world, God bless him! We are so grateful that we chose this tire service center location!
