  Do yourself a favour and do NOT reserve a car from this enterprise! On 2 separate occasions we have tried to reserve a vehicle (in plenty of advance) from this enterprise and both times they have not had a car for us. The first time we reserved the car online 5 days prior to the day we needed it. Showed up on the day, to be told that they didn’t have a car for us. And it was on us to find a different enterprise that had a vehicle available. We were told if we wanted to reserve a car from this location, we should call or come to the office in person to confirm that they had a vehicle available. The second time we reserved the car online over 3 weeks before we needed it. Called the location 2 weeks before pick up day to confirm and were told “It’s on a Thursday so we would probably be fine, but call back 48 hours before.” We called 2 days before pick up to be told there was no guarantee and were asked “do you have a back up plan?” The day before scheduled pick up, we went in to the office and again were told there was no guarantee, but if cars were returned overnight they might have a car we could use. We were never directly contacted about any of this. We always had to be the one to reach out to them. There never seemed to be any remorse for not having a vehicle available. Additional note: most of the photos added here are just stock enterprise photos and not accurate of the building or employees that work at this location!

  I needed a rental vehicle for a long distance drive so I requested a normal size sedan for my trip. When I arrived, the vehicle I requested was not available so I was accommodated with a van. Not my request, but it did what it needed to do and most likely just as good, I believe. I mainly want to give a huge kudos to Brennan, that guy is the man! He offered a discount for my troubles and in a respectful and professional manner. He took care of what I needed and I appreciated that.

  Staff (Brennan) at the Enterprise branch in Union City, Tn went above and beyond to assist us in everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Union City, TN, specifically requesting a regular car. However, they only had a shuttle van available. They assured me they would offer a discount because of this, so I ended up renting a 15-passenger van. When I drove off the lot, the van was extremely dirty, and the brakes were squeaking. I was genuinely concerned that it might break down. Additionally, the van was so large that I struggled to park it properly in a driveway or on the street. After having the van for about three hours and driving less than two miles, I decided to return it. Despite the issues I encountered, I was charged the full price and did not receive the promised discount. I would recommend looking elsewhere, as my experience at this location was quite disappointing.Honestly, I would have given zero stars if that were an option.

  Have had nothing but great experiences with the Union City, TN Enterprise! Theyre willing to help in a pinch, and make sure I get back to the repair shop when I drop off my rental. Highly recommend!!
