  The employee was very friendly and he made the overall reservation process very easy. The pick up and drop off process was also very easy. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

  Don't rely on them to have a rental car even with a reservation. We planned a Disney vacation for months and made a reservation with Enterprise on May 19 for a vehicle pickup on June 18 at 8:30 a.m. Less than 24 hours before our trip, on June 17, we received a call informing us that no vehicle would be available. The only option offered was to check back after 2:00 p.m. on June 18, which was well after our planned departure time. Fortunately, we were renting for convenience rather than necessity and were able to take our own vehicle instead. However, if we had been relying on that rental car, this could have seriously impacted our vacation plans. A 13-hour trip, hotel reservations, park tickets, and other expenses could have been put at risk because Enterprise could not fulfill a reservation that had been made a month in advance. A reservation should provide customers with confidence that a vehicle will be available when promised. This experience was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress right before a major family vacation.

  Had a reservation 6 months in advanced needing a vehicle for a long distance trip. They called me within less than 24 hours telling me they dont have anything available for pickup. The woman i spoke to was absolutely hateful and not helpful. Atleast the woman at corporate help me get a vehicle at another lot. This is the second time this has happened to me. Just saying for anyone aware of needing a vehicle go to Dyersburg or Paris this place absolutely SUCKS!!!!

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The SUV was clean and just a great ride. In fact I am thinking about buying an SUV like the one that I rented. I will certainly rent from Enterprise in the very near future.

  Do yourself a favour and do NOT reserve a car from this enterprise! On 2 separate occasions we have tried to reserve a vehicle (in plenty of advance) from this enterprise and both times they have not had a car for us. The first time we reserved the car online 5 days prior to the day we needed it. Showed up on the day, to be told that they didn’t have a car for us. And it was on us to find a different enterprise that had a vehicle available. We were told if we wanted to reserve a car from this location, we should call or come to the office in person to confirm that they had a vehicle available. The second time we reserved the car online over 3 weeks before we needed it. Called the location 2 weeks before pick up day to confirm and were told “It’s on a Thursday so we would probably be fine, but call back 48 hours before.” We called 2 days before pick up to be told there was no guarantee and were asked “do you have a back up plan?” The day before scheduled pick up, we went in to the office and again were told there was no guarantee, but if cars were returned overnight they might have a car we could use. We were never directly contacted about any of this. We always had to be the one to reach out to them. There never seemed to be any remorse for not having a vehicle available. Additional note: most of the photos added here are just stock enterprise photos and not accurate of the building or employees that work at this location!
