- JBJust Browsing123Aug 24, 20261.0I had SEVERAL issues during my oil change at this place. 1. The guy put my information in his computer and then asked me "do you want to continue using the full synthetic oil"? Why, yes, yes I do. Because that's what my car CALLS FOR. Why is this even a question? 2. He then asks me... "what weight oil do you want us to use"? ??? Are you kidding me??? My car, that you have ON FILE, calls for a certain weight. Why are you, the "professional", asking ME what weight oil?? 3. They then proceed to "suck" the used oil out instead of "draining" it, which leaves used oil in the pan. This is a scam. It also allows some underhanded oil change places to only suck PART of the used oil out. They then only replace 3-4 quarts with new oil. I know there wasn't 5qts in that container because IT WAS STILL PUMPING oil into the container when they PULLED THE HOSE OUT OF MY ENGINE. Needless to say, I won't go back.
