  Today date 8-12-26. My 2027 Kia Telluride had a check engine light and check brake system light on since late last night. I carefully drove my Kia, scared that my brakes were going to totally go out because it didn't want to stop at times. Made it to the Russell Barnett Kia in Tullahoma TN dealership and went into service office, told the 2 men in there what was going on with my 2027 Kia. They looked at each other said yeah we know what your talking about, they had a customer that had the same problem with her car, but that Kia doesn't know how to fix the problem, so Kia is buying her vehicle back. I said ok, what can I do about my 2027 Kia, they said you can leave it and we'll get to it, don't know how long it will take and you need to get your own rental or your can take it back to the dealership where you bought it. I paid for my 2027 Kia, no lienholder on it, I bought the warranty and a warranty for rental and roadside. The Kia dealership in Chattanooga where I bought it told me when I bought it, that I could take my 2027 Kia to any KIA dealership and they would take care of my 2027 Kia as well, since I don't live in Chattanooga. Well, Russell Barnett Kia in Tullahoma TN could've cared less about me or my 2027 Kia, the guys never got out of their chairs. So, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, just my opinion. Kia of Chattanooga has went above and beyond to help me with the problem and my safety. Also, want to shout out to Kia of Murfreesboro as well, they told me they could help if I could get my car to them and they would get me a rental to drive. So NO THANKS to Russell Barnett Kia in Tullahoma TN. My 2027 Kia is being put in the shop to see what they can do and Kia of Chattanooga got me a rental to drive until the issue is resolved. Wanted to share this information that I got today. This isn't the first time I've dealt with Russell Barnett Kia. The day after I bought my 2027 Kia I noticed the hood was out of line and called Kia of Chattanooga, they told me I could bring it back or take it to the nearest dealership, well I called Russell Barnett. I was told by their service guy that I could bring it to them but they would have to send it to a body shop and it would cost me to have it fixed or I could take it back where I bought it. I told him that is under factory warranty and it would not cost me. I called Kia of Chattanooga, their GM called the GM at Russell Barnett Kia in Tullahoma TN. Long story, Russell Barnett Kia in Tullahoma TN did not want to fix that issue either and didn't fix it. Kia of Chattanooga asked me to call a body shop that I trusted to see if they could help me since I don't live in Chattanooga. I called our great friends at Ray's Paint and Body Shop here in Shelbyville TN and they were great to help.
