  I just bought my first Kia! I highly recommend my salesman Adam Morris. I was not pressured at any point, anything I did not understand about the vehicles many features he patiently explained until I got it. I had driven a Cadillac CTS without even a backup camera for 16 years so this was a giant leap for me! Adam made it all go seamlessly. This Sportage XPro Prestige is so comfortable and easy to drive. Adam takes great care of his customers, he even gave me a new set of nice heavy floor mats. Wow!

  The service dept has changed since Scott hasn't been there. When ever you would call and if there was a problem with your car he would squeeze you in for them to look at it especially if it wasnt driving right now this guy Scotty doesn't do that he will give you a appt which maybe days from the day you called so your suppose to drive the car with the problem till you get the appt. I always brought my car there well I guess its time to find another place to go . Scott is surely missed.

  Jalen was wonderful to work with. I originally wanted an SUV, but decided to go with a new Carnival. He didn’t have the exact kind I wanted, but him and the team was able to get one delivered quickly. Everyone we were in contact with from the manager and service was wonderful. Jalen was always checking in and keeping us informed along the way of our vehicle being delivered. I highly recommend seeing him!

  We have been using Russel Barnet Kia to service our Kia Sorento since moving to middle Tennessee almost 2 years ago. It has always been a pleasant experience. Easy to book appointments, quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. When we decided to purchase another SUV we went to talk with them. Shane was our main contact, and he was great to deal with. We would highly recommend him. Jalen, also in sales, helped when we went in and picked up the vehicle. He is another great guy to work with. We would recommend this dealership and their staff for purchasing and/or servicing your Kia.
