  I didn’t get the impression that they really cared much about customer satisfaction. Lucky my insurance paid for it, otherwise I really would’ve been pissed.

  Outstanding service from the Enterprise team in Tullahoma, TN. I arrived in town late and noticed my rental car’s tire was low. Their entire team stepped in immediately, keeping air in the tire that night so I could safely get to my destination. The next day, when the tire low to flat, all it took was a simple phone call. They picked up the vehicle, handled the repair quickly, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork were exceptional.
