  Richard was amazing he helped me get everything started over the phone even answered all my silly questions for a first time Renter. When I got to the business Robert took me under his wing and helped me with everything take it all over and was soooo sweet made everything such a breeze from picking up to dropping it off. I will definitely be coming back. They made our trip to see my sister get married in Arkansas at Peaceful Pointe such an amazing weekend. Thank you Robert and Richard!!!

  The staff at Tullahoma was excellent. Due to the Tullahoma Airport FBO being less than helpful, and only open util 4:30pm (when sunset was at 7:19pm) they delivered the car within an hour of them closing. The staff was also flexible when I wanted to modify my return date/times. Staff at the Tullahoma Location and on the phone was great. The car was mediocre; it was small for a "mid-size" sedan, had cloth seats, needed an oil change (per it's own indication), and it did not have windshield washing fluid. Considering it was the only car available, I was thankful to have anything.

  When our rental car cane with some issues the staff stepped up (busy morning) and had us in a good replacement car within minutes. This is a well managed office with capable staff. Just be mindful of the very tight parking maybe just drive to the back grass if you need a spot.
