I’ve used them for a couple of things lately and have been pleased with them. On top of that, I’ve been getting all kinds of rewards back. I recently put in an online order because they were on sale. Got the ATF in the mail, glance to make sure it was the right stuff. Emptied my fluid, went to open a bottle and it was engine oil. Though it’s my fault for not checking every case in the large box, 2 out of the 3 cases were engine oil rather than ATF. My truck was down and didn’t have time to ship it back and wait on the right stuff so I ran up to Tullahoma Advance. I got a hold of someone on the phone from “online” and he was absolutely useless and being very unreasonable. They send me the wrong stuff and he was wanting me to return the engine oil ($3 cheaper than the ATF) then pay the difference to get the correct ATF.....after I already paid for the correct product once. Wayne, at the Tullahoma store, talked to him where the guy continued to be very unreasonable and really not make any sense at all. Wayne let the representative know that he was was and that he would be taking care of the customer and do what should be done. Could have been a very frustrating experience after already being slightly frustrated, but he did what he could to take care of the situation. I will not be ordering from Advance online anymore, I will however, be shopping at Advance in Tullahoma from now on.
