  **One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had- PLEASE Avoid This Location** If I could give this Tire Discounters location zero stars, I would. Here is the timeline of what happened: **May 18:** I brought my car in for a new set of tires. Guy calls my wife and says there are only three options: for $1,200, $1,400, and/or $1,600. I call back and caught them trying to scam us. The most common tire choice came out to around $800. **May 19:** My wife drove the car to Florida and immediately noticed that the car was shaking and vibrating throughout the entire trip. Imagine driving hundreds of miles in a car that feels like something is wrong with it immediately after having new tires installed. **May 25:** I brought the car back to have the issue addressed. They found that all four wheels had been improperly balanced, one tire had not been seated on the rim correctly, and one rim was bent. I explained that the bent rim needed to be fixed, so they sent it to their “rim guy.” Somehow, he managed to make the rim worse. While chatting, there is rap music blasting from the garage with swear words being sang every other word. My 10 year old standing right next to me..... **June 9:** Tire Discounters purchased a replacement rim and rebalanced all four wheels. I picked up the car expecting the problem to finally be resolved. It wasn’t. The car was STILL shaking and vibrating. **July 13:** I dropped the car off first thing in the morning for them to investigate the problem again. By 5 p.m., I still hadn’t received a single update, so I called the store. The manager, Charlie, told me he had test-driven the car twice, gotten it up to 60 mph, and wanted to check one more thing before returning it. Around 7 p.m., I stopped by the store to grab something out of my car. Out of curiosity, I checked the mileage. The car was parked in the EXACT same position as when I dropped it off, and the mileage was EXACTLY the same from when I dropped it off. The test drives that Charlie claimed he did had never happened. **July 14:** I went into the store when it opened. When Charlie repeated his claim about test-driving the car twice AND on the highway, I asked him why the mileage is the EXACT same as it was when I dropped it off. He never admitted that he had lied. He then tried telling me that the mileage was the same because they take the cars behind the store on Campbell Station and get the car up to 60mph for test drives which is less than 1 mile. 60 on a 20mph street is a criminal offense by the way and there's not even enough room to get a car up to 60 mph. Later that day, I was told to pick up the car at 4 p.m. because it would be ready. I was also told Charlie wanted to test-drive it WITH ME to make sure the issue was fixed. Conveniently, Charlie began taking his lunch break at 4 p.m as soon as I arrived. Given everything that had happened, the timing was hard not to question. **July 16:** Just when I thought this experience couldn't get any worse, we received a low tire-pressure warning while driving. I pulled over and discovered that one of the tires was nearly flat. Rather than risk another visit to Tire Discounters, I took the car to Discount Tire. They inspected it and told me the air valve had been damaged. They found no nail, puncture, or other obvious cause of the air loss. Thanks, Charlie for giving me the car back with a damaged air valve and putting me and my family at risk. **My recommendation: Think twice before bringing your vehicle to this location.**

  Not awesome... If you don't mind paying full price and only receiving of portion of the service and then being lied to, it's a great place to go... I would recommend finding somewhere else!

  I had an appointment for Saturday at 1:30pm for four new tires and an oil change. I arrived and was told they were very busy but that if I wanted to drop off, they would have it done by end of day. I decided to leave it with them and left. A little after 4pm, I had not received a call and called the main number to check on the status only to learn they closed at 4 and the phones were off. The business had my only car key locked inside, had not called me to let me know if it was finished or they couldn’t get to it in time. The location is closed on Sundays so they essentially would have my vehicle hostage for 2 days. I missed a day of work this morning (Sunday). I reached out to local Facebook groups looking for someone who works there and the service manager messaged me. Thank you to service manager Aaron Jones - this review in no one reflects the service manager. As a matter of fact Aaron came in on a Sunday specifically to get my key and give me my vehicle back. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of communication, the poor organization and the inability to contact someone after hours.

  Thieves and Liars... I needed 4 of 6 tires broke down an rotated on my Dually bc of the size. Inside rear tires to the front, front tires inside rear. Nothing was rotated! This was confirmed by 2 other shops. Nothing was balanced, how do I know this? I postpone a road trip to have the wheels balanced and rotated properly. All six wheels still had the unique wheel weights attached that a particular 4x4 shop in Columbia chooses to use, they are more expensive and very unique. Tire Discounters charged me $283 to do nothing, and when I brought it to both managers attention, they called me a liar and I didn't know what I was talking about! Was there a verbal altercation, absolutely! When the manager said there was video footage, I was 100% in favor to look at it but then he changed his story when I was VERY happy to watch it... He said it's a corporate thing and he doesn't have access to it. How convenient! Power move failure...
