I was broke down on the side of the interstate with a trailer tire that had destroyed the rim. Luckily I had a new tire and a new rim in the bed of the truck I just needed the tire put on the rim. I called the store and explained the situation. They said they could not mount the tire unless I bought it from them. When I asked if they had any in stock they said no. Not a very honorable business to work with, I'd definitely take my money elsewhere.

I sent my son in for a tire installation, and the experience exposed a troubling lack of accuracy and accountability.
The most serious issue was that we were charged twice for the tire purchase. This wasn't a minor discrepancy—it was a significant overcharge that was only corrected after I discovered the error and brought it to their attention. Had I not carefully reviewed the invoice, the duplicate charge would have gone unnoticed.
The service issues didn't end there. My son left the shop with a tire warning light illuminated on the dashboard immediately following the installation, raising concerns about the quality and completeness of the work performed. The shop also failed to provide the alignment report. These are basic service standards that customers should be able to trust are being handled correctly.
After these issues were raised, the district manager, Charlie, acknowledged the problems and offered a token courtesy refund as a goodwill gesture. Even that modest amount never arrived. The failure to follow through on a promised resolution was particularly disappointing and only reinforced my concerns about the company's commitment to customer service.
Being overcharged, leaving with unresolved service issues, receiving incomplete documentation, and then having management fail to honor a promised refund reflects poorly on the organization's quality control and accountability. Customers should not have to identify billing errors, question whether work was completed properly, and then pursue remedies that were already promised. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I work for the public myself and understand that people have bad days. But I paid $1055.00 for a set of tires at this place and my husband sat up there for 3 hours or longer waiting on my tires to be put on. To find out they left a lug nut off of each of my tires because it takes a special key to put them on. If they weren’t able to put that lug nut back on they should’ve just told us and we would’ve went somewhere else! They never even mentioned this to my husband. This is not safe! I’m on the interstate every single day. This could’ve ended really bad for me and my family. Not to mention we drove almost an hour away Just to come to this place to get new tires. I called and spoke to the manager and he asked what he could do to make it right. I said I felt like me spending that much money on tires and them being so careless I should get some of my money back. He only credited me $50. Which is really not even a credit by time I had to pay for the lug nuts myself to be put on. Them being a tire place should have the tools to do the job they’re, there to do. If not there’s a part store practically across the street to go get what they needed to do it. Or just simply tell us they didn’t have the tools to do the job correctly. Instead they choose to take my money and put me and my families life in danger. I will not be back sense they acted like it was no big deal. I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. So please check to make sure ALL of your lug nuts on before leaving!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I brought my van in because the steering wheel was shaking at speeds above 60 mph. After inspecting it, I was told that one of my wheels was slightly bent and needed to be replaced. Based on that recommendation, I purchased a new wheel for around $200.
When I returned, I was then told that the wheel was actually fine and that the real repair would cost approximately $1,000. I understand that repairs can be expensive, and I wouldn’t have had an issue paying to fix the actual problem. However, I’m frustrated that I spent $200 on a wheel that I was told I needed, only to find out later that it wasn’t the issue.
I feel the situation could have been handled better, and some accommodation or credit for the incorrect diagnosis would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, I’m now out $200 because of a recommendation that turned out to be wrong. This experience has left me with very little confidence in the accuracy of the diagnosis and the service provided.
