  Yes it’s as bad as everyone says it is. Do yourself a favor and forget you ever looked enterprise up you’ll save yourself a lot of grief. After previously reserving a family sized car with these people we were told last minute that they suddenly were “unable to acquire” the car. They’re a very unreliable service built on broken promises.

  The level of incompetency at this location is mind boggling. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where they talk about making a reservation then you show up and there is no rental car……🤣 They must have been referencing this location. 8 people were in the lobby while the three guys that worked here sat in the back offices playing on their phones. I hope that whoever manages this place will make some changes, otherwise I will take my weekly rentals elsewhere.

  BEWARE. On top of the store smelling terrible The customer service was pitiful. Made a reservation two days ahead of time in advance. Got there on a budget of time because I had to go to work and they said they had no vehicles for me and that was it. They didn’t care to call around and check other locations for rental cars. I had to personally ask for the reservation number and call around to other Enterprises to find another vehicle. Once I did that, I called one store 10 miles down the road and found a vehicle that was available same day. The lack of attention, professionalism and willingness to help is through the roof. Avoid this location at all cost
