  Stopped in yesterday for an oil change and these guys are on the ball! They are friendly and knowledgeable and they get you in and out quick! Thanks guys!

  The gentleman changing my oil was very polite and courtesous. The guy that was checking me in was nice but watching 5 other kids walking around the hiding in the office eating chocolates that “ Brittany” received as a gift and hearing them tell one of the coworkers say that she said she didn’t know who she received them from could have done all all that when they were on a break instead, 1 bay was open with cars lined up. One kid didn’t even have a uniform on. Price was overpriced even with a $15 dollar coupon off it came up to be more that what was advertised???? Hmmmm

  I had been trying to off work early all this day to get an oil change but I ended up getting off late. I pull up around 5:57 and thought I was going to have to deal a with very much deserved attitude but instead was treated with so much respect and grace, I felt compelled to leave a review. I believe his name was Torez and the other technician was Jesse. They were very nice about the entire situation, I didn’t feel rushed to make decisions and they were also very thorough with my inspection as I had some questions about my car. & I know this has nothing to do with cars but they both also went out their way and helped block the sun as it was shining directly in my face as they were trying to show me certain things like the oil levels and more. These guys really set the bar high when it comes to customer service and because of that I will definitely be back.

  I went to this Valvoline in Smyrna on a lunch break thinking that I would get the same service that I get in Lavergne. So, I was asked if I wanted to get the synthetic oil and I stated not at this time. So, after I stated not at this time they still put it in my car and I had 20 coupon and since they did what they wanted to and thinking that my oil change was going to be a certain price after coupon yeah it wasn't and I called and talk to the Billing manager he stated that I would receive my 20 dollars in an email from them never received and not to mention my car has been sounding different yeah not happy at all..

  I was asked to move from my place in line because a car in another line had come before me. There was a car behind me, so it was first unreasonable and also not practical or safe in that tight space. I asked why they were pulling me out of line and the gentleman very cavalier said “she was here first” and pointed to another line. So the gentleman behind me had to back up, I had to back up, and the lady crossed over to take my place. I exited the line at that point, but went to speak to management. Vin approached me and I asked about what had just happened. In all the years that I’ve been a customer that’s never happened. He said she was there first (nevermind that she was in an entire other line) and in instances like this that can’t be helped. I pulled in next to her as you would any other drive up. When I asked about the safety of this practice, Vin answered that “Most people have common sense…” Common sense to me is avoiding an accident happening on their property and treating repeat and paying customers with dignity. As I left from speaking with him, I told him I’d call corporate to ask if this is their common practice. He replied “Good luck”. I did call- they told me the only reason to switch cars around that way is if one of the bays was dedicated to a service another car needed, or if someone had been waiting an excessively long time. They agreed that there was no reason to do what they’d done and they’d contact the location. I go to Valvoline because they have a specialty oil that my car requires. I have gone to their Nashville and Franklin locations and been treated very well. Very sad that this location is now closer, so I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.
