  I started using Tire Discounters with in the last year. I have purchased tires, had my brakes replaced, and oil changed on my three vehicles. Absolute A+++++ service every time.

  Zero stars. A total of $1,402.96 wasted because this location/workers here are inept when it comes to completing the proper diagnostics and tests to determine the problem, or, at least, narrow it down. I took my car 6/13 due to the AC going out after a few minutes. They completed an EVAC/RECHARGE and sent me on my way. Within five minutes down the road, my car started blowing hot air again. I immediately went back and they told me it must be a compressor issue, without doing any further investigation. I was very hesitant due to them already messing it up the first time, but also because I’d be charged $1,125.46. Being desperate to have my AC working again, I agreed and I took it back 6/18. Now, for the second time in a row, thousands of dollars later and with a brand new compressor, the AC STILL did not work. At that point, I demanded a refund and said there is no way I’m taking my car back, for the third time, only for this place to likely mess something up again. I was told I’d be given NO REFUND, so I paid without getting the service I took my car in for. Not only that, I went to a local shop and asked them if they could do their own investigation into my AC, and come to find out it was never a problem with a compressor in the first place! It was just a problem with the relay! And to fix it, I only paid $85 to now have my AC work. In comparison, this tire discounters charged me almost $1500 for absolutely nothing essentially money flushed down the toilet. Any trained, knowledgeable technician would have tested the relay/compressor circuit before recommending an almost $1300 repair. They also should have explained what evidence led them to believe it was a problem with the compressor. Also, I had told them several times the AC works for 10-15 minutes before it starts blowing hot air. Why wouldn’t they have at least drove it around for themselves (like the other car place did) before just handing it back to me and sending me on my way? This was a complete failure on the part of this store. Due to them also denying any form of a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and TN Division of Consumer Affairs .

  Ridiculously long wait times even with appointment. I got turned away for my walk in so I made an appointment for the next day; I waited 3.5 hours after my scheduled appointment and never even got service on my new tire from them done.

  Had a great experience i called to get a price on some tires and Erik Martinez quoted me. I told him I had something large in my tire so I couldn't wait on my size to get ordered I had to take what they had in house, which was on the higher end of my last minute budget. I informed him I'd have to get back to him because i was getting help from my mom with my cash flow. He instantly gave me a "mom helping" discount and changed the numer twice i saved about $100 which helped me soo much. to ask to borrow a hundred less, loved it!! Upon arrival Clyde assisted me and Erik popped over when he was done with his customer. They we both so friendly a personable. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I ended up purchasing 4 new tires, i got a free alignment, oil change AND. a 3-year warranty for less than $800 with no appointment and they were finished in less than 3 hours... Will definitely return

  I made an appointment online for 8am on Saturday May 30th. This was the only place I could get a brand new tire on the same day. I walked in expecting to be there for hours or needing to leave my vehicle for a long time. Since I had an appointment, the guy said we can take care of you in a timely manner. They had me in and out in under a hour. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! Smyrna has grown a lot and businesses are trying to keep up, it is not like it use to be, where you can walk into a business expect to get a service done in minutes. We are a growing city. But they exceeded my expectations that day. Thank you all. I will be coming back for my other tires.
