I had an appointment at 8:30 AM on 8/19/2026 to have a nail removed from my tire. I purchased my tires from Tire discounters for over $2,225 so I expected better customer service. I arrived at 8:25 AM, five minutes early. The employee at the front desk, who was wearing glasses, told me that I did not have an appointment and suggested that maybe I had it scheduled for another day. I told him that my appointment was definitely for that day, and after I gave him my phone number, he finally found my appointment. I was told over the phone that the service would take about 45 minutes to an hour. Instead, I ended up waiting from 8:25 AM until approximately 10:40 AM—about 2 hours and 15 minutes—for something as simple as fixing a nail in my tire. At around 9:40 AM, I spoke with another employee who was very kind and helpful. He went to get my car and apologized for the wait, and I appreciated how he handled the situation. Unfortunately, the first employee's attitude was disrespectful, and telling me that I could simply come back another day was not an acceptable way to treat a customer who had an appointment. The service from the second employee was appreciated, but the experience at the front desk and the excessive wait time were very disappointing. I hope management addresses the customer service issue because the first impression at the front desk matters.

Didn’t get the sales guys name, but their customer service was excellent. I really appreciate them getting us in so quickly. Ordered the tires yesterday, got a text this morning and by noon I was out of there 😊

I had an extremely troubling experience at the Tire Discounters location in Smyrna, Tennessee. I brought my vehicle in because the air conditioning was not working properly. I was initially told that the system would require an evacuation and flush costing approximately $230. After waiting for about three hours, I was called up to pay and told the bill would instead be $124. I was also told that part of the compressor needed additional work and that they would contact me in a few days with a quote. After leaving, I took the vehicle to a mechanic I know and trust. Within approximately 10 minutes, he inspected the system and told me there were no signs that an evacuation or flush had been performed. He also said there was no evidence that the red diagnostic dye had been added as expected. He was then able to show me the actual problem almost immediately. I returned to Tire Discounters with my receipt and the information provided by the second mechanic. I explained that I wanted a refund because I believed I had been charged for work that was not performed. After reviewing the situation, the manager said, “It’s just money. I don’t care,” then reached into his own pocket and handed me cash. That response was completely unprofessional and made the entire situation even more concerning. A legitimate refund should be documented and processed through the company’s system, not casually paid from a manager’s pocket. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about this location’s billing practices, workmanship, documentation, and management. I strongly recommend that customers get detailed written explanations of all work performed, request proof of service, keep every receipt, and consider obtaining a second opinion before paying for major repairs. I will not return to this location, and I believe Tire Discounters corporate management should investigate what happened.

Purchased 4 tires here a couple of years ago and have been in and out with different situations but my have things changed at this location with customer service. I went for 2 tire pressure sensors on the passenger side that needed replacing and came out with a back tire turned around backwards and leaking air that they “did me a favor” and patched after I had to get my blow up kit and put air in the tire to take the car back that was a almost new tire I got there to start with a while ago. To make a long story short I just paid them 100 bucks to puncture my almost new tire! Great job guys… and if I wasn’t a girl I’m sure the situation would have had a different outcome.
