  Today was my 3rd time getting an oil change from this company, at this location. The first 2 times I was driving an old ‘07 Hyundai Accent. Had no problems. They were fast and friendly. This most recent visit I was driving a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta. Evidently the team struggles to work on German/European cars, and they were very vocal about this during my visit. While under the car the tech said “God damn!” no less than a dozen times, while he struggled to loosen something, which I find to be unprofessional. Really doesn’t inspire confidence in the quality of the work either. Save yourself the trouble if you have a German/European car. Go somewhere else.
