- SGSharon GilliamMay 12, 20261.0Dropped off car night before it was due to be returned. Didn’t get a receipt or hear back that they checked it in so I called the store to ask. The person was polite but said they would check it in now (about 4pm). Email receipt showed total paid was $215. They took out $515 from our bank (understand there’s a $300 deposit). Employee said deposit would be returned in 2-5 business days. Shortly after I checked our bank account and enterprise had made two additional transactions in the amount of $300 and $600. Tried calling the store, no answer, called corporate, they are “escalating to management” who has not reached out. How is this an okay business practice to hold on to $1200 of money, $900 of which was never authorized? Will never do business with these people again.
