  Bennett’s quickly became my sole mechanic after only two visits. Joey and Dan are not only knowledgeable and efficient, but have a genuine warmth and hospitality that’s rare in the industry. It’s always refreshing to feel so well taken care of *while* feeling respected and heard. I LOVE this team and have made them my forever spot.

  I recently had scheduled my oil change with Walmart and dropped off my car. My car even said it was “in service,” so I went ahead and did a full grocery shopping trip while I waited — only to get a call saying they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle. 😅 I started calling around, and Bennett’s Automotive was the only place where I could actually speak to a real person right away. I explained my situation and told them I was leaving out of town that same day for my cousin’s graduation. They were incredibly helpful, gave me an exact total over the phone, and got me in promptly. The second I pulled up, they took my car back and started immediately. I was in and out before I knew it and able to hit the road just in time for graduation. Not only was the service fast, but every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do, which is honestly hard to find these days. Another thing I really appreciated was that with the oil change, they also did a safety inspection/check on my vehicle. It was nice knowing they were looking everything over and making sure my car was road-trip ready before leaving town. While I was there, I also noticed several people coming in to have vehicles inspected before purchasing them. I honestly didn’t even know that was an option, but what a great service to offer before making such a big purchase on a vehicle. Their location is a little hidden from the street view, so I feel like a lot of people probably don’t realize they’re there — but I 100% recommend giving them a try. Great customer service, honest pricing, fast work, and friendly people. Thank you, Bennett’s Automotive!

  My son’s window motor stopped working on his car. I called Bennett’s late in the afternoon Wednesday and they were able to get us in first thing the next morning. We left the car, but had a quote before lunch time. They had it fixed the same day. Employees were nice and we felt the pricing was reasonable. We will definitely use them again if needed.

  Bennett's Automotive is truly a purpose driven establishment. After reading several reviews, I decided to stop by the shop on a Thu to discuss my engine oil leak issues. I was able to setup a diagnostic for the following Tue and by Thu, of the same week, the main oil leak had been repaired. Because they are so thorough and explain in detail their findings, I will be having an additional engine oil leak repaired Thu of this week. I was also made aware of other areas of concern, so I can budget accordingly, and have those repairs performed as well. Their prices were reasonable for the amount of work I needed, and I received great value for the services provided.

  We had an excellent experience with Bennett’s Automotive. For over a year and a half, we couldn’t figure out why my husband’s Ford F-150 brake lights and blinkers weren’t working. They took the truck in and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. It turned out to be moisture in one of the tail lights, and they had it fixed within a day. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and even provided a great warranty on their work, which gave us extra peace of mind. It’s hard to find honest and reliable mechanics, but Bennett’s truly exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful we brought our truck to them and would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their vehicle! Thank you for a job well done!
