  I can't understate how helpful the worker here (John C) was. The level of "above and beyond" that he went to was so great that I'm afraid to post the details. Suffice it to say that I ended up driving away with my problem solved and not a dime spent. Thank you so much, John! P.S. I went by O'Reilly's first, and they didn't seem to want to help me. Glad I decided to go down the street and try AutoZone instead.

  Mal servicio, un joven de la caja este día Domingo 12 de abril de 2026 7:30 pm no quiso cobrar un anti refrigerante solo porque no quise pagar en efectivo y lo intenté con mi tarjeta la cual no tenía crédito así que le pedí que me hiciera el cobro en efectivo y me dijo que saliera de ahí y pasara a la fila de la otra cajera, cuando salí él atendió a dos personas más y yo seguía esperando a que la cajera donde me había enviado se desatendiera porque tenía un par de clientes los cuales seguían comprando Creo que es una situación de racismo porque me habló en inglés y yo soy latino y a los demás clientes le hablo en español Sinceramente no entiendo porque hizo eso conmigo Terrible service. A young man at the checkout—on this Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM—refused to ring up some antifreeze simply because I didn't want to pay in cash. I tried to pay with my card, but it had no available credit; so, I asked him to process the payment in cash instead. He told me to get out of his line and go to the other cashier's line. After I stepped aside, he proceeded to serve two other people, while I was left waiting for the cashier he had sent me to—who was currently busy with a couple of customers who were still shopping—to become available. I believe this was a case of racism, as he spoke to me in English—despite the fact that I am Latino—yet he spoke to the other customers in Spanish. Honestly, I do not understand why he treated me that way.

  Need new employees that acknowledge people standing in line, instead of walking by eating and licking their fingers. It takes one sec to say "I'll be right with you" only to wait 10m for nothing until you got to say something yourself. Damn near 7 employees in there smh
