  Disclaimer: this has nothing to do with the local staff. I have been a loyal Take 5 Car Wash member for several years, dating back to before the company was bought out. I am extremely disappointed with how they handled a recent price increase. My monthly membership increased by almost $9 without any notice. I only became aware after I was charged the higher amount. I contacted customer service and was told an agent would follow up by email. The agent explained that increased operating costs required them to raise prices. I understand businesses have the right to adjust pricing. My complaint is not that the price increased—it is that my recurring monthly charge was increased without proper notification. I requested that the difference for this month be refunded since I had not been notified and asked to receive notice of future increases. Instead, I was told they did not have contact information on file for me. I was never made aware my account was missing contact information, nor do I recall ever being asked to provide it. They also claimed notices were posted at their locations. I regularly use two different Take 5 locations and never saw any signage regarding this increase. Customers with automatically recurring memberships should not be expected to discover changes to their monthly charges by happening to see a sign at a physical location. Despite being a loyal customer for years and disputing less than $9, Take 5 refused to refund the difference or offer a meaningful resolution. Instead, they were immediately willing to cancel my membership. I find it incredibly disappointing that a company would rather lose a longtime customer than refund a small increase charged without direct notice. I was not asking to keep my previous rate indefinitely. I was simply asking for reasonable notification before changing an automatic recurring charge and a refund of the increase for the month in which I received no notice. Their dismissive response and lack of effort to retain a loyal customer turned something that could have been resolved with a simple refund and apology into an unnecessarily poor customer service experience.

  The new Site Manager saved my business. I was very frustrated with the way my car turned out on the top and going towards the back, but he was very knowledgeable and told me about retracts in the car wash and why they are used. To help me even more he sent me through again and brushed the spots that were needed. He then found me out in the lot to make sure everything was okay. It’s customer service like him and his team that keep me and others

  TAKE 5 IS THE BEST EVER!! AND Angela is so helpful. All the staff ive encountered have been especially friendly and helpful. My favorite car wash! Thank you so much Angela and other staff!

  I frequent this car wash and the employees are the best! Last week, I think the ladies name was Amanda, immediately started helping me dry off my car. She was so helpful. Today I went through and both employees (one wss the assistant manager) came over while I was vacuuming and said I could go back through because one of their brushes was turned off and it streaked my vehicle. They both then help dry it off. Exceptional service 👏.
