Nate, Mason, Paul and Keegan were absolutely amazing! I was on vacation and had a car rental. The emergency oil light came on, I panicked and turned into the closest place I could which was this center. Nate and mason quickly turned my panic into calm by listening to what my concern was, remaining calm when I was not, and eased my mind about the situation. Nate even got in the drivers seat for me as I was unfamiliar with this rental And knew exactly how to navigate the controls and get the information he needed. Wow! Paul and Keegan offered to take photos for me to share with Budget rental Car to show the issue. Mason seemed to lead all the happenings with confidence and ease. This team worked so well together and made me feel like a priority on a busy Saturday in Sevierville!!! I certainly hope they get recognized for truly handling an emotionally driven situation and calming me down with their professional knowledge and skills. Once I returned home, I took my personal Car to my local Valvoline bc I was so impressed with how I was taken care of in Sevierville. Ty to Nate, Mason, Paul and Keegan for all you did for me. I’ll be back when I visit my family again as they are local.

Waiting for service took forever, as i was waiting i saw one of the employees on their phone!!! There were 6 cars in line behind me as well. They have absolutely zero sense of urgency they don’t care at all about being quick and efficient here. This is why i go to the Dolly Parton location instead. but of course i had a coupon for this location honestly not even worth the $20 coupon i always go to the Dolly Parton location and i’m in and out in less than 10 minutes i waited here for over an hour, just terrible i hate coming here they don’t care at all about the peoples time!!! Inconsiderate workers!!!

Wow, absolutely incredible service. I recently bought a used manual Subaru, and I came in for a standard oil change. The assistant manager Mason made me aware of a number of other overdue services, but was honest with what was necessary and what could be delayed. I agreed to a transmission fluid change, but explained I had a job interview I needed to be at shortly. I was happy to come back, but he assured me it would be done in time. Unfortunately, my car was missing its dipstick and the fluid was leaking out. He explained that it would take a bit more time as they tracked down a local store that had the part in stock for me. He apologized extensively for the delay in the work, but this is where it gets amazing… Mason personally drove me to and from my job interview so I would not miss it! Upon returning to the Valvoline, they confirmed that had called a number of auto stores and had sent someone individually to pick up the new dipstick free of charge. I was absolutely stunned. This is single handily the most incredible customer service I have ever received. They very easily could’ve switched the fluid and not even informed me of the missing dipstick, charged me $200 and sent me on my way. Instead they went above and beyond. I am truly so impressed and because of Mason and the rest of the amazing staff, I have been made a lifelong customer. Really, really amazing service.
