  Super courteous, worked hard to locate us the right car when we realized all they had were compact cars. I had one physically impaired passenger and ended up with a large Wagoneer which served our needs. Easy drop off box as well when you need to return after hours.

  Made a reservation for a Jeep Gladiator. Called 2 weeks out to confirm that it would be a Jeep Gladiator. They said it would. Showed up and even though there was one on the lot, they said it was or equal and that it would be a standard pickup truck not the Gladiator. They said it was or equal, tell me what other truck is a convertible? Now here I am, with no Jeep when I would have had 2 weeks to find someone who actually kept their word and had what they rented. I will never use Enterprise again.

  Avoid at all costs. I picked up a car here on Thursday for a weekend in Tennessee- mind you the car had SIGNIFICANT damage to it- you think that they would at least update their cars before renting them out. I just got an invoice today for “damages” to the vehicle- which I have proof of the horrible condition of the vehicle before I picked it up. Now I have to do the whole claims situation which is annoying and just a huge inconvenience because they are too lazy to fix the car before renting it out. I usually use Hertz which I will definitely be using for now on in the future. They don’t try to scam you like enterprise does!

  They are the worst with customer service experience. First I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and then was disconnected so I called back and waited on hold again and then had the “pleasure” of speaking with a lady who clearly had no intention of helping me beyond trying to push us off on roadside. It was around 10:00 on our trip home when we discovered a flat tire at Buc-ee’s. We immediately called and spoke to roadside who sent out a tow truck and directed us to this local branch. What a mess! They would not allow my husband to pick up a new vehicle to transfer all our belongings and our 4 passengers including my 80 year old mother in law. They stated they need to have the other van picked up first which was estimated to take 3 hours, they close at 12, when this was pointed out to them they simply said well I can’t do anything for you and directed me back to roadside assistance. When my husband got to the branch he was met with the same rudeness and unhelpful behavior. In the meantime the tow company who was wonderful was able to get someone out to take the van but it was sent about 20 miles in the opposite direction with all our belongings and we were stuck at Buc-ee’s. Then they finally released the new van to my husband and we had to drive to unload the old van and reload it. No apologies from any of the workers, nothing. The only positive from this was when we dropped it off the guys at Lebanon Pa enterprise listening to our experience and asked how they could resolve it, that is customer service!
