  Today May 6 I called about needing a 8 passenger big SUV which they advertise a Chevy a jeep and a van that holds this many passengers so they use a 3rd party to book your reservations and collect all your info. When I called back to ask something additional I talked to the actual sevierville store now instead of the 3rd party people and the man named Tyler told me the person lied to me and they didnt even have a vehicle there at all that would accommodate me and had to search for 2 other people for same vehicle as I was needing. He told me that the lies told to me was immediate firing and he would call me either way however we need the vehicle for saturday thr 9th for an out of town tournament we are going to ao now I called the morristown location and talked to Dede which ahe informed me that thr only 8 passenger vehicle they actually have is a van and I asked why they advertise having the vehicles that hold 8 passengers if they dont? I wont say what that response was bc I dont want her to get in trouble but I do believe what she said. Its false advertisement and people that know these vehicles know they are not 8 passenger vehicles. The company itself lies about what thry have and thr number of passengers they hold. I was offered a 12 seater transit vehicle that I would have to go pick up and return which is a 35 minute trip one way to get it so I asked them to give me a deal on that vehicle bc of the issues and leaving me now without a vehicle when I had one reserved and reservation number given so im still waiting on that call back and it isnt looking good so far. I have used this company several times in the past but this time is different bc of the big vehicle we need and the company has shown its true colors. I dont like being lied to and deceived and now we are without a vehicle. Other rental car places are far from me so I won't mess with it now.

  A bigger than expected enterprise lot where we picked up a one way jeep to head to Asheville. Great, friendly guys inside and they had a public restroom I could use before hitting the road.

  Amazing staff! Free upgrade on Saturday to a mustang convertible 😱 from a compact bc people didn't get returns in! There was a very rude woman fussing bc they didn't have what she wanted, even tho they had called and told them their choice wouldn't be in until Monday. They offered her a van until then and she just wouldn't stop fussing. They had far more patience with her than I ever would have had! I've always rented from them, and I always will. You get what you pay for in customer service alone.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was, without a doubt, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We are a family of five on vacation, relying on a rental vehicle from Enterprise, and when an issue came up, we were left completely on our own. Tyler Thomas, the branch manager in Sevierville, TN, did listen—but that’s where the help stopped. There was zero effort to actually resolve the situation or make things easier for us. Instead, we were told to go sit at a service station and wait for a diagnosis, with no regard for how long that could take. Anyone traveling with kids knows that could mean hours of wasted time and a completely ruined day. There was no urgency, no empathy, and no attempt to offer a reasonable alternative. It was very clear that policies and their quotas mattered more than customers. For a company that depends on people trusting them during travel, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families traveling with children. Save yourself the frustration and rent elsewhere.

  We are a group of 8 - 10 older friends who like to rent cars for weekend adventures. This is the only rental car locations in our area. On three different occasions, we have been down-sized from our originally reserved vehicle. Today, we gathered to pick up the reserved Ford Excursion (or similar size) - (capacity for 8 people and their luggage) - for an 8-hour trip across the state. We were downgraded to a Chrysler Pacifica, which seats 6. When we objected that we had reserved a larger vehicle, the response was that the reserved vehicle needed new tires (WHAT?! Why is it in rental rotation?) and “we were really busy this morning”. We had a reservation so business should not have been in the equation. We had no choice but to take the Pacifica or cancel our trip - which had non-refundable deposits. Two of our people had to drive in their personal vehicles to the destination. We are very dissatisfied with the 1) fact this is the third time this has happened ànd 2) the shrug-shouldered lack of service exhibited by the staff in spite of having had an advance reservation which was made in person because the on-line reservation process for larger vehicles was clunky and we wanted to verify the size of our rental. We are currently crammed into à too-small vehicle with our belongings stacked like a rubrics cube for 8 driving hours.
