  It took quite a while but I actually got a last minute car on the 4th of July weekend that was unplanned.. so that is a win for us 👍

  Current customer... My local rental (another state) had me call this branch to see about getting a rental switched out due to the car trouble we are having... Fella at the office answer and basically tells us that he has a lobby full of people and he's to busy to help... (An already paid/current customer). After five mins of back and forth of how busy they are and how he can't/won't do his job to help... he transfered me hastily to somewhere else that hung up on us... (We called on Saturday it is now Tuesday with car trouble)..... This is the service you can expect down here I guess

  We were visiting the Smokies and planned part of our trip around having a truck for the day. We made a reservation more than 24 hours in advance and arranged transportation to the rental office. While we were on the way, Enterprise called to tell us they didn't actually have a vehicle available. The only option offered was an indefinite waitlist with no estimate and no alternative solution. Now a family on vacation was left scrambling to find transportation and completely rework our plans because a confirmed reservation couldn't be honored. If Enterprise knew they couldn't fulfill the reservation, that call should have come long before we were already on our way.

  We reserved a truck from Enterprise’s Sevierville location more than 24 hours in advance to explore the mountainous terrain around Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Less than an hour before the scheduled pickup time, we were on our way there when Enterprise called to tell us they had no truck available and could not fulfill the reservation. The only option offered was an indefinite waitlist with no estimated availability and no alternative solution. The employee who called was polite, but front-line staff shouldn’t be put in the position of making that call at the last minute, and customers shouldn’t bear the consequences of poor inventory management. The problem is that Enterprise waited until we were already on our way and had spent money getting there before telling us they couldn’t honor the reservation. A reservation should mean more than “we’ll call you if something turns up.”

  We are contacting corporate, you have failed as a commercial business and service. We have back to back rentals on both trips where tires are flat, the wasted hours and even a full day of vacation. Top it off at noon they closed locking front door on my wife, night before said we swap our rental, got there next day, told us hour wait and 90 minutes later we still waiting and locked the door on us. -5 stars. And will never rent or suggest that service again
