I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with only 3,100 miles on July 18, 2026. Just 9 days later, the car developed mechanical issues. I brought it to their service department on July 28, 2026, and as of today, they have had my vehicle for nearly 3 full weeks (20 days).
The main issue has been moving goalposts and a total lack of accurate communication regarding the timeline:
Initial Estimate: Promised ready in 1 week (around Aug 4)
Second Estimate: Extended to 2 weeks (around Aug 11)
Latest Update: Spoke with them today and was told it should be done by the end of this week (Aug 21)
Taking nearly a month to repair a virtually brand-new car with barely 3,000 miles—while continuously pushing back completion dates—is unacceptable. If you rely on clear communication, accurate service timelines, or reliable customer service, go elsewhere.
We delt with Rachel at GMC and she was amazing. She went above and beyond showing us everything about the vehicle and little tips for myself too. Great experience

I love my upgrade! I have a babygirl and needed an SUV that is comfortable and fits my family! Brad was amazing getting us in a 2026 GMC terrain. We are very happy with our new car!!!

The Jones GMC Team made my buying experience a pleasure, even though I was nervous. The epitome of patience and professionalism.
Had my silverado keys come up gone, and needed a replacement so, I had previously purchased a Key fob with a blank transponder key from Amazon, and brought up here with the title and my license proving ownership and they cut my key for me for way cheaper than I ever expected and my truck was started and I was mobile again. The people that work in parts/ service GM side at Jones are super nice and accommodating. They got my key cut and me back out the door super fast and key works perfectly! Highly recommend!
