  I’m an out-of-state buyer from Florida and had been searching for a very specific Toyota Tundra trim that isn’t easy to find in Florida. After spending countless hours searching online, I finally found a 2026 Tundra at Jones Ford in Savannah, TN that checked every box—and then some. I knew I didn’t have time to fly up and see it before someone else bought it, so I decided to take a chance and purchase a $60,000 truck online without ever seeing or driving it in person. From my initial contact with Trevor Balentine, to working with Amelia and GM James Gray, the communication was outstanding. The owner, Anthony, even took the time to personally call me and walk me through the history of the truck. That meant a lot to me and gave me even more confidence in making the purchase sight unseen. Danny Lawson and Ray White then drove two hours to Nashville to deliver the truck when I landed. The paperwork was flawless, everything went exactly as promised, and after making the two-hour drive to the airport, they even filled the truck up with a full tank of gas. This was by far the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Honest, straightforward, no-haggle, and exceptional customer service from everyone involved. I definitely rolled the dice on this purchase, but my instincts were right. Five stars across the board! Thank you to Anthony, Trevor, Amelia, James, Danny, Ray, and the entire Jones Ford team. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from them—especially from out of state—I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier with my truck or the experience!

  ⭐️ 1 STAR I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Jones Ford in Savannah, TN. I got a vehicle from this dealership not even two weeks ago, and I was later informed that the bank declined the financing and alleged that the check stubs I provided were fraudulent. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was not given my down payment back, even though the financing did not go through. The dealership did return the vehicle to me, but I’m still out the money I put down. I feel like this situation was handled very poorly and there was a serious lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. I expected better from a dealership when it comes to something as important as financing and a customer’s money. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here read every document carefully, ask questions about whether the financing is final, and make sure they understand exactly what happens to their down payment if the bank does not fund the loan. I am still trying to get answers about my down payment and why it was not returned to me. This has been a very frustrating experience.
