  Fantastic experience with Will and Amy from beginning to end. I bought my expedition from out of state and Will made the whole process easy and comfortable for me. Answered all of my calls and questions in a timely manor. I had a trade in and within 2 days of closing the deal they delivered my new car to me and drove my trade back. Absolutely will do business with them again.

  We went into vehicle shopping fully prepared for the usual stress…and then we met Tim 😂 Tim was hands down the easiest, most enjoyable salesman we’ve ever worked with. Super friendly, actually funny (not the awkward forced kind), and made the whole process feel way less painful than we expected. He talked with us, not at us, and never once gave off that pushy “let me sell you something you don’t want” vibe. He really listened to what we needed and somehow managed to get us into a vehicle that fits our family perfectly—like…how did you do that, Tim?? 👀 Also, his communication? 10/10. Kept us in the loop the whole time, answered all our questions, and didn’t disappear the second things got busy like some places do. If you want a car buying experience that doesn’t make you question all your life choices, go see Tim. Seriously. We’d recommend him to anyone! 💅

  We worked with Dylan Jordan on trading in our very loved and well-traveled van for a newer ride for more travels. He was so helpful addressing concerns we had for specific makes and models, was patient with us while we discussed with each other, and offered a no-pressure situation that made us comfortable.   Absolutely terrible experience. Put a down payment on a car on at the end of January while they were waiting on a part for it. I didn’t get the car until April 30th, 3 months later. I was repeatedly told it would be done “in a few days” during that whole 3 month period. They finally delivered the car to my house. After driving it for 10 minutes, it started to shake badly. Turns out, they forgot to tighten all 5 lug nuts on the front right tire. My wife and 4 month old daughter had driven it on the interstate - thank God the tire didn’t come off with them in there going down the interstate at 75mph. I was also told the dealership had a lifetime powertrain warranty on all used cars when I first started the purchase process. When I finally got the car in April, I was told they don’t do the lifetime warranty anymore. The salesman I was dealing with quit halfway through the process. The general manager and everyone else in there lies, and are terrible at communicating. If this sounds like a good experience, Jones Ford is the place for you!
