- HWHayden WehrlyAug 11, 20262.0Recently bought a one year old 2025 Expedition. The salesman told me it had some scratches that would be buffed out before I arrived. Drove a couple hours in and when I arrived, scratches were still extremely visible and way worse than described over the phone. They agreed to small reduction to get professional detailing, but even that didn't get all scratches out. Additionally, I asked for a second key fob as part of the deal. They agreed to give me a second but when I arrived it was not programmed. Salesman told me it would be $30 to program so I agreed to do it myself. Turns out the cheapest place was $195 (I got 5 quotes) and when I showed up, the key fob I had been given wasn't even the right frequency for the car so I had to buy an all new one. Ended up costing an extra $400 after purchase and programming for what should've been done as part of my purchase. Jones Ford didn't seem interested in making it right by refunding me for that part. Overall, this was a bad experience.
