I had an easy experience dealing with Ryan. He was patient and consistent with me through the whole process. He never pushed me in any kind of way and he supported what I wanted and how much I was gonna be paying and we came to a good deal.

This was the best car buying experience i have ever had. In large part thanks to Ryan. He actually took the time to listen to what i wanted and set out to put me in the truck i was looking for and not just the first truck i payed any attention too. Thats huge in my book. Nobody seems to care as much about the customer as they care about the sale. Rayns only concern was putting me in the truck i wanted. The rest of the team was very proffesional and friendly. When i walked away i feel like it was all pluses and not a negative thing to say. If you want negative ok, there was no splenda on the coffee bar. I forgive you. Jones earned my business and i will send everyone looking for a vehicle your way so they can get the same experience.

The team in the service department are great people, listened to what I had to say and described to me all the possibilities with my issue and then in a very short time had my jeep ready to go. Just a great experience all the way around

A lot of red flags from the get go that I shouldn’t have ignored. People were pushy (more than normal) and weren’t concerned with making the customer comfortable. We made a deal and I got a loan through my credit union which or course they weren’t thrilled about. The loan was closed and check was waiting to be picked up. Thankfully before making the almost 3 hr drive to pick the vehicle up I happened to notice that on my purchase order they didn’t include my current payoff which they had listed in previous estimates, as well as I sent the 10 day payoff while discussing the final purchase order. They brushed it off and said my credit union could just pay themselves off and add it to my loan. No thanks.
