  Avoid this store at all costs, at least if Thomas is there. I was there on Monday and was dealing with a younger guy and he was new, but he was trying. I had no issues with him at all. I needed a small tool kit and a serpentine belt for a side of the road repair. It said they had the belt, but the young man couldn't find it. He asked for help from Thomas and he explained to him that he couldn't find it and Thomas didn't even check. Just said "oh well, that figures" and said did you check to see what other stores had it. So he did and I explained I was going the other way, but I could go back if I needed to. Not a huge deal, so as I'm checking out the young man checking me out asks for a phone number and I tell him that we have a commercial account at another store so he tries to find it and can't. He again asks Thomas for help saying he can't find it, the first thing he does is snaps at the young man saying "Why are you even looking here" I explain to Thomas that we have a commercial account, I give him the phone number and name of the account and he says "what's your pin?" I tell him we've never used one that we use the LaFollette store because that's where we are. He says "Oh that's too bad, we're better than them" I assumed this was supposed to be a joke, but I'm already frustrated with how he's been so I say back, "Apparently not, because they always have the parts in stock if there inventory says they do" He then says "Well if you don't have the pin there is nothing I can do" and turns and walks away. So I thanked the young man for trying to help me, but I put the tool kit back and left. Went to Advance Auto next door. I decided to call customer service and was directed to a voice mail for Jeremy, assuming he was the district manager, it said to leave a message and he'd call back. I left a brief message with phone number and today is Friday, still haven't heard from him. Update: 4/1/2026 I replied to the email given to me below this review and within 24 hours I had a call from the District Manager. She started off apologizing to me and listening to all the details and asked multiple questions. She did explain that the reason I had not heard from Jeremy is because he was the old District Manager and apparently the after hours system had not been updated to her contact information. That isn't her fault, but I did appreciate the explanation. She was very kind and assured me that she would be visiting the Store and speaking to Thomas.

  Absolutely disgusted with this store!!! Not only was I nearly ripped off, after overly expressing what I needed, I had to listen to an employee's political diatribe after explaining to him that I didn't discuss politics or religion. Since he was working on my car in the parking lot, I guess he thought he would get one over on me by continuously telling me his political views. The only thing he got was one less customer for this location, along with any of my friends or family that may decide to go there When I am paying nearly a thousand dollars AND explicitly tell someone that I don't discuss politics or religion and they continue to do it, then I am done!!! Reevaluate who works for you.

  Needed a left front turn signal bulb, quick in and out! Super helpful and had exactly the bulb I needed!
