I had a very disappointing experience here. Instead of handling the situation professionally, employees went around banging on the sides of multiple trucks to wake sleeping drivers. Truck drivers are required to take federally mandated rest breaks, and startling sleeping drivers by hitting their trucks is unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, my truck ended up with a dent in the sleeper while I was parked. Whether intentional or accidental, the situation was handled poorly, and I was left dealing with the damage. I understand that parking rules need to be enforced, but there are respectful and professional ways to communicate with drivers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and hope management addresses how employees interact with customers and investigates incidents involving vehicle damage. No reason for anyone to tell a trucker to move out just this parking lot is for rest and not everyone runs at the same hours!

This is a great store, it is very clean. The showers are nice and it has ample parking. I have one major complaint with them. The store parks over 150 trucks and they have no functioning laundry. Apparently about three months ago, someone ripped the doors off the washers and dryers and pilot has decided it’s in their interest to not replace them, the app still says they have laundry the sign is still up in the store. There’s even a sign on the door but the door . I think that says everything that needs to be said about How Pilot feels about truckers, I’m sure their insurance would’ve paid for new washers and dryers, but they just don’t give a crap. As long as they can make their money off fuel and other items.

Had a long talk with the cashier about where the Bar code is located on a Slim Jim. And how it is impossible to scan. Which is a big deal then most know because At a random gas station in Tennessee, talking over a Slim Jim and a bar code, is probably more representative of America than cable news or social media. Most people actually can talk to each other when there’s no audience, no algorithm, and no pressure to “win.” I wish the young man and his family the very best.
