Vehicle is still covered in bugs. Refused to re-wash because we only paid for the $13 wash. People in charge could care less! Don't waste your money.

(Fyi: There is a coupon on their website that makes it only $5)The scrub guy at the start of the wash only did the driver's side front - then did my tailgate. When I parked to vacuum, I noticed that my truck was still pretty wet & my tailgate was still covered in soap. I just used their towels to dry it off. They do have a guarantee that if you aren't happy, they will do it again, but I figured that the soap would still be on the truck the second time around do I didn't bother. Over all, for $5 I can't complain, but had I paid 20 something I'd be a little upset.
