  David and Arseneo were beyond helpful. Even the customer service number literally hung up on me today. Every experience has been a nightmare while being billed full price for a service that I dread having to go through. Today was the day I was going to cancel and never look back, your employees saved your business a customer and I will continue to go to the 410 wears valley TN location because if the service I received. Multiple locations, multiple errors, multiple brushing it off to the next visit and never fixing the problem, even being charged for two memberships at one point. It was insane to fight to do business with a company. These guys at this location deserve so much praise and I hope they are treated like the valuable employees they are. To be honest if they leave this location, my business leaves as well. Every other location was no help, customer service was no help and has only Managed to make things worse! Whistle express do better! So many places are cheaper and for being a long term customer I should not be paying more than newer ones and receiving lesser service. THANK YOU ARSENEO AND DAVID!!!!!!!

  Came through with my wife as first timers. Outstanding wash. Employees were very helpful and their were free vacuums and liquid cleaners for the interior. You don't get service like this on the west coast

  If I could give zero stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for years, which made this experience even more disappointing. After paying $29 for a car wash, the tires, fenders, and tailgate were still dirty. For that price, I expected the vehicle to actually be clean. When I politely brought the issue to the manager’s attention, I was treated with complete disrespect. Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, he was rude and told me it wasn’t his job to clean the tires or fenders. He also said there was nothing he could do to fix it. It’s unfortunate to see a business treat long-time customers this way. Poor quality combined with terrible customer service is unacceptable. We won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.

  Kenny was so nice and helpful we had a bear attack our car and so we needed to vacuum out the crumbs but every place we went to only accepted coins which we didn’t have. But Kenny saved the day at 8 o’clock when they were closing he told us we could use the vacuum so we came back the next day to get a proper wash and he was very kind and helpful getting our proper wash set up! He was very friendly! Highly recommend!!!!

  Kenny was great! He let us go back through the wash to get tire shine put on since it didn’t get put on the first time. He was also very helpful with all the cleaning supplies! Everyone here was super great and very helpful!
