- DJDwayne Jonestoday5.0Great place
- KAKaren AllenOct 1, 20263.0Customer service female that answered my call sounded asleep, needs to perk up, and although required at purchase, tire insurance policy, no one was familiar with it, everyone had trouble finding I had paid for it or what it covered, so it would have been nice if I could have been greeted with knowledge of policy.

- THtiffany hallwallaceSep 17, 20261.0A month ago I went to joe mahan because they had good deals going on and since I moved here I've always gone there for moly vehicles. So when I wanted to trade mine in I thought they'd take care of it asked me what I wanted in a new vehicle they were friendly. They said they look in to it after said month I found the vehicle I wanted it was perfect. But it wasn't there yet I went back two day ago and there were deals to be had they told me a price roughly.... they called me today that the vehicle was in I went to the dealership I looked at the vehicle it had everything I wanted they looked at my car I'd made all my payments I had equity in my vehicle but I found out there friendliness was false no deals to be had and in two days time "ford changed things" the APR was higher and the payment went up by $150 dollars. So I say this DO NOT TRUST JOE MAHAN FORD!
