  Appt for my newly-purchased Ford Transit. I wanted a complete inspection, and have a troubling loud noise near the wheels. I requested an oil change, if needed, because I was unsure of the last one. The service tech could not "hear" any noise, even though everyone I know has commented on the noise and expressed concern. My oil was changed yet a subsequent car fax showed an oil change in May with less than 100 miles driven. I was charged for this needless oil change, even though my van is Ford gold certified. I was told this included scheduled maintenance. NO ONE bothered to explain any findings or anything about my inspection. I did receive a paper but I had questions about my vehicle. My wait time??? THREE HOURS! Where are the minus stars, as this business doesn't even deserve one star.

  If there were 0 stars that's what I would leave. I took my 1995 ford mustang for an oil change and to be checked out for running sluggish and a little smoke when starting. It has a 2yr jasper rebuilt engine in it. They said they found no problem. They wanted 200 to 300 dollars to do a compression test. I said no. Went to pick up my car and the ticket said it took 6 quarts of oil. It takes 5 .I talked to service manager Danny, he looked it up an said yes 5 . Sent someone to check it. It was on full but not over. They took off the extra quart they were trying to charge me for. I got home and ticket said they put 5w20 in . My car takes 5w30. It says right on the hood when you lift it up. They didn't come out with 5w20 til 1997. I called an spoke with Danny who first suggested run it until next time an he would give me a free oil change. I told him that would void the warranty on my Jasper engine. He said he would change it then . He offered to have it picked up I declined it, is a stick shift. Not sure they would be able to drive it. So I brought it to them. After I waited for them to change it right I asked for a refund for my oil change for incompetence an in convenience. He thought he had done enough by checking it out for free(all he did is start it and look at it). He would check though with his boss. So no callback. I called Jeff Mahan finally got to talk to him an tell him what happened and all I wanted was my oil change refunded back. $66.72. He said he would talk to his people an get back with me a week ago. I called once left a voice mail and no return call. They can keep the money. I just want everyone to know how they are. I will never deal with this company again . After speaking with Jeff Mahan I declined to take my oil change money back. It was never about the money it was about the way they just ignored my complaint an probably wouldn't have responded until he seen this post. My 1995 mustang was not any kind of priority for them.
