I went and got a Ford explorer for them and put $5,000 down on it, when I left there everything go approved and good to go! So I had the car for 30 days already or longer then I get a text outta no where saying that their finance manager needs to talk to me! I went up there and they told me that all the sudden the bank can't approve my loan for car! I don't understand what happen from when I bought the car til then! So we get sold a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica the guy told us that it would be a really good van but no I've done so much work to this van it's ridiculous! I definitely don't recommend this awful business!
