Worse they make you feel bad when you cant afford their recommendations right then and there. I'll admit i don't understand anything about cars, but Tyler explained everything quickly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also understood finances are an issue and didnt didnt push. He put things in order of importance so i know where to put money first. The staff here was great and was honest about what i needed and even showed me pictures of why they recommended what they did. They built my trust in the span of 30 minutes. Will be back to get those recommendations done! The staff are out in the heat in long sleeves and have every reason to be grouchy and difficult, but they were wonderful!

Additionally, serviced other vehicles that arrived after me ahead of me. Tech claimed to be bouncing between other vehicles as an excuse for taking so long with the oil change. Tech checked me out long before the oil change was completed. Oil change took more than 30 minutes. Terrible!!!
