- AHAnthony Horton1 day ago1.0My service on my transmission flush started great. Then the inexperienced staff supported by Nico stripped out my drain plug. They sent me to their local mechanic and he made the situation worse. Long story short- I lost about $12,000 in a transmission and Nico and Valvoline called the situation a “misfortune incident “. Don’t use the clowns at this location.

I had to get my own 0w-30 motor oil as my 2026 Palisade would not accept the 5w-30 substitute due to warranty requirements on a high compression motor. I would highly recommend this location and will bring my other vehicles here for oil changes!

Well, not the least expensive oil change in town, Valvoline‘s coupons online are very helpful to stay competitive in the market.

The beautiful young girl working (Mallore) led me through every step and helped me decide what type of oil is best for my car. She had greeted me with a smile outside before I was able to pull in to a bay. I think she knows more about my car than I do, honestly. I was pleased to watch her change my cabin air filter (which is a difficult reach for old folks like me) which apparently hadn’t been changed since 2020. It was filthy! She also ran me through the manufactur recommendations on my vehicle and let me know why the services are important. I have never seen a woman so knowledgeable about cars and I’m truly impressed. She calmed my anxities about having a woman service my vehicle. I’m so glad I stopped by today and received the service I did. Will come back just for her and the other guys
