The prices are much better than what my dealership would charge. Valvoline will let you know of what type of oil you might want and its price. They will also offer you recommendations on other car upkeeps while letting you know of the prices for each. Paul was extremely nice and professional. Would like to thank Collin and Tylan for also taking care of our car. Would definitely recommend the Valvoline at Ooltewah-Ringgold Rd.

- SVScott VandiverApr 20, 20261.0I have been to this location a couple of times. They told me the last time that my engine air filter needed to be changed but they did not stock my size. They said pick one up and they would change on the next oil change. This is what I did. Then removed my dirty one and stated they did not have my size, I handed them the one I bought. They stated it would be $5 for them to change it. I can understand if you sold my size but you do not. I told them to put the dirty back in and I would change it myself. It took a whole 30 seconds for me to change it. This is wrong to charge for this service when you do not sell the filter. It would have taken no longer for them to put the new one in vs putting the dirty one back in. I will think hard and long before i return to Valvoline or recommend anyone.
