- TFTyler Fugate5 days ago5.0The Ooltewah Tire Discounters is the only tire shop I will use. After years of poor service from other tire chains, TD has consistently gone above and beyond, even fixing problems caused by other shops. Their techs are friendly and want to help. The last set of tires I purchased from them had manufacturing issues and TD was able to get them replaced and spent the time to get them set up right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and great prices.

I told them I appreciate them giving a quote, but I had a substantially better price from another shop. They offered to match the price for a tire that was better - which I found to be interesting, and verified that they understood the situation - to which they said YES, we do not carry that tire but we do offer the BFG KO3 which carries the same tread mileage warranty. They said bring the quote and they would match it with the comparable mileage tire (BFG KO3). I drove the 30 minutes to this shop - presented the quote that I had, and they then told me that sorry - they would not do it and offered some unnamed brand with no mileage warranty. Definitely doing business elsewhere and would absolutely question their integrity. Go to Dukes tire in Ringgold instead!
