Twice I came to this location with an appointment to get tires mounted while I wait and had to wait for hours. First time I waited for like 6 hours. This last time I waited two and half hours. The reason I still show up to this location is because they at least offered to provide the service at no cost because of the inconvenience. I appreciate that Peyton offered this. It goes a long way and will keep me coming back even though it hasn't always been the best service.

The disappointing part was when they tried to add an expensive tire warranty on without telling us at check out. The manager might want to inspect what the staff is doing. Hope that is not common practice. Especially with the already elevated prices.
