Always, always, always go above and beyond to help including a couple drop if tire puncture fixes for my children. Just like those past drop in's, although I had an appt for an alignment, it was a quick in and out. They are mindful of others time and are always courteous and respectful.

My wife's Integra only came with a Fix-a-flat kit which was a huge mess with the slime and compressor. Was greeted at the desk by Peyton. He said sure, no problem, we'll get you taken care of. I didn't have to wait. He took the tire/wheel and valve stem and mounted it. I was there maybe 5 minutes. When I met Peyton back inside, He said there was NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it! One of the best customer experiences in my life! Thank you Peyton and Tire Discounters in Ooltewah! I wholeheartedly recommend this folks!

On my way to the appointment, I received a call from the manager stating that he had been on vacation, and no one ordered my tires. He stated he would order them and have them ready to install on Saturday at 8am. Again, on my way to the appointment, I received a call stating that the tires were not there but should be in later in the morning. I asked how he could be certain my tires were actually coming. He stated that he could not order them if they weren't available. I arrived for my appointment and arranged for a ride since I did not know when the tires would arrive. As my rided showed up, I was informed by the manager that my tires would not arrive today, but he could get them by Tuesday. He offered to install a more expensive tire for the same price, but I specifically ordered the tire that I wanted. I'll shop elsewhere.
