- GWGrayce WOct 8, 20261.0This is my first bad experience with QT, first of all, the robot cleaner was horrible. I was trying to place an order at a kiosk. And the thing would not stop coming at me, no matter where I went. That thing was behind me, yelling at me that it was trying to clean very obnoxious and scary because I was wearing flip-flops. Second, my sandwich was horrible. The bread was dry. The lettuce was brown. The spinach was wilted, there was no Mayonnaise, and the tomatoes were beyond expiration. This was a b l t that I added spinach to it was disgusting. I threw it in the garbage after trying to take it apart and salvage what I could. I ended up just throwing it away. Total waste of money

- EBErynn Elizabeth BrownSep 16, 20265.0I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this QuikTrip, especially one person that truly saved the day, I believe her name tag said Bethany…. I stopped in during my planning /lunch break already completely frazzled—I was alone, driving a rental car, my phone was literally on 1%, I didn’t have a charger, and I only had Apple Pay available to me.On top of all of that, I desperately needed gas. Needless to say, I was STRESSED and trying to figure out what in the world I was going to do Bethany immediately noticed that I needed help and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. She was incredibly attentive, patient, supportive, and genuinely kind…. Instead of making me feel like I was an inconvenience, she made sure I felt safe and helped me get everything figured out before I left It may seem like a small interaction, but when you’re alone, anxious, and already overwhelmed, having someone show you that kind of compassion makes a HUGE difference. Bethany turned what felt like a complete disaster into a reminder that there are still really good people willing to stop what they’re doing and help someone! QuikTrip is very lucky to have her at that store. Thank you, Bethany, for taking care of me when I was having a mini crisis—you truly made my day! ❤️
