Used to get my oil changed at Carfix, but Valvoline is faster, cheaper, and I feel more confident I'm not being upcharged just because I'm a girl. Will be coming here again!

I have been to several Valvoline shops To include oak ridge Today was very unorganized no one seemed to be in charge Service was pretty slow I am worried they missed detail on my first oil change for our new 2026 F250. Did not leave feeling confident Not at all what we have experienced before Thank you

He also let me know what stuff needed maintenance on it but it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on it like a sales man. He also printed out a sheet to let me know what needs to be done so when I have the extra money I can get it done. He was all around a good guy. I’ve been going to this location for years now and never had any problems. It’s great to see the same employees there after so many years. It gives me a sense of comfort and they know me when I come in. Dusty was awesome I could keep writing about my experience but I think it speaks for itself.
