- PFPat Frye1 day ago5.0I've been here several times. Their prices are fair service is great. I needed a very small repair they pushed me up knowing my problem would take very little time and got me on the road in minutes with no charge I will continue to take my business there.

They have always done right by us for years and years at this point both on oil change, maintenance, tires, and basically any mechanic need we have ever had, I always try to go there first!!!

Bought 4 tires offline and had them delivered to my home. Made an 8am appointment and was there before they opened. Wound up being 3rd in line right as the doors opened. Said they would have the tires installed and the car aligned that morning. They had the car for 5 hours and had not started working on it. I finally called around 1:30 and they said I was next in line. Next in line after 5 1/2 hours. I picked the car up and took it elsewhere. Left 3 stars since u have used them in the past and they were great. The guys are extremely nice, they just can’t seem to get them in and out anymore which is disappointing. They have also increased their price. I was quoted right around $350 for the installation of tires and the alignment. Firestone in oak ridge got me in next day and it was only $225. I was originally fine to pay the higher price for the speed, but that is obviously not the case anymore. I might try them in the future, but for now I am extremely disappointed.
