  I am so eternally grateful to the gentlemen at Tire Discounters, and I absolutely will go back to them when it is time to get new tires. They helped me out a couple of weeks ago, and I was truly impressed by the way they operate. I had no clue which tire was even leaking (I just knew there was an indicator on the dash), but Dre diagnosed the problem and fixed it in only an hour. They even had a refrigerator with nice cold bottled waters for everyone who was waiting, and I watched them speak to all the other customers with friendliness and thorough care. Will Reichle was the Sales Manager in charge the day that I was there, and he treated me with enormous kindness which I will not forget. I was extremely happy with Tire Discounters and I recommend them emphatically!

  On Saturday, we found out that my wife’s Odyssey had a flat so with a busy day ahead, in the early afternoon, I just took it by with the hope of leaving it and maybe picking it up on Monday. But Andrew, who was super friendly and kind (and who may be a manager but I’m not sure) helped me get the tire out of my truck, carried it in, and checked it out right then! Then someone else found the hole, fixed it, and sent me on my way-twenty minutes total- at NO CHARGE!! We joked a little about how I’ve always liked the sayings on their signs, and I quoted a couple of my favorites and they proved to be as friendly as their sign is! What a blessing on a busy day!!

  If your tire decides to suddenly give up on its dreams, go see Andrew and his team. I rolled in without an appointment, expecting the usual auto-shop treatment, you know, a heavy sigh, a judgmental glare, and someone explaining air pressure to me like I’m five. Instead, Andrew jumped straight into action without a second of hesitation. Finding an auto shop that treats you like a human being instead of an inconvenience is rare, but these guys nailed it. Based on this visit, they’ve earned a loyal customer. Highly, highly recommended!

  I had a phenomenal experience at Tire Discounters today! I picked up a nail in one of my tires and needed a patch. They were incredibly busy when I arrived. The Manager had an extremely positive attitude and was genuinely honest, straightforward, and sincere. It’s clear that he truly cares about taking care of people. He was honest with me about the wait time and gave me a time later in the day to try again. I came back later in the day and they were still very busy. The Manager was open and honest about the wait but said he would ensure it got done. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even with how busy they were, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and my vehicle was finished faster than I was expecting. The work was done right, and I felt confident that I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about doing a good job. Great customer service, honest communication, professional work, and a positive attitude—everything you want when trusting someone with your vehicle. I highly recommend Tire Discounters and will absolutely be coming back!

  Tech wasn't very knowledgeable and very incompetent. I dropped off some suspension parts to have some components replaced. A very straight forward procedure that I have had done multiple times without error at other shops (I have owned this car and a few others just like it for 20 years, maintenanced and restored them all myself). I do not own my own press, so I sourced a shop who could press in some wheel bearings and ball joints, not a very complicated job and the price was right so I trusted them to do it. I returned a few hours later to pick up these parts and noticed that my parts had been dented up beyond repair, as well as missing parts, I managed to get the tech to admit that he had also bent those pieces up beyond repair and then disposed of them. His response to that wasnt an apology it was "well I guess you should have bought those parts new as well". I didnt cause a scene, I paid and I left and I will not be returning. I did have plans to buy a set of tires for the same vehicles but now I have concerns that the Tech will scratch my wheels or mess something else up entirely. I paid for a service, same service I've had done many times before at different shops with zero issues, and this guy managed to mess it up miserably and then try and gaslight me like it was my fault. Becareful you all.
