  James and the team at Free Service really treated me right. James is a great manager and runs a good business. He was honest, fair and transparent with the costs, got the work done just as promised, and communicated well. I have found my new auto shop in oak ridge for anything I need done to my cars. This job was rear brakes of my expedition, but I’ll be brining more vehicles to him for work as he earned my trust on the first experience.

  Needed one hard to find tire replaced (flat spots on inside edge) and an alignment. Tire was not in stock but they had one delivered the next morning. Dropped vehicle off and was finished within hours. They also rotated the tires and made some suggestions for more permanent fixes down the road, but not pushy about it. Runs soooo smooth now. Thanks you, Free Service Tire. James was incredible!

  10 out of 10 would recommend. Went in getting a service done on a Company truck Was looking for a different Tire for my personal truck and the Service manager recommend The Continental tire and couldn’t be happier with my purchase real nice people.
