  After being let down by another business and still needing a rental, I had my insurance switch me over to these guys. Much much better! I said “give me the cheapest you got” and received the cutest little economy car that was amazing on gas- I only had to get gas once in the 2 weeks I think I had it! These guys were so helpful! Upon drop off I got there right at the 5:30 pm mark- I had tried to call but it wouldn’t go through. I got stopped at every single red light on the way hah. I was worried I’d have to pay for another day, until someone came out and helped me. I felt so bad for being there right at closing time- I really hate being that person and it was already a rough day. I really appreciated someone being kind and calm with me. The next time I need a rental I know where I’ll be going, enterprise all the way!

  Picked me up and all I had to do drop off at shop that fixed my car. And they would pick it up there. Very pleased.

  I have been an Enterprise customer for quite some time, but this experience has been very disappointing. I rented a Mitsubishi from the Oak Ridge, TN location for a trip to Michigan. During the drive, I noticed the transmission felt like it was slipping in first, second, and third gear. When I visited an Enterprise location in Michigan to request a vehicle exchange, I was told it could not be replaced due to a dent on the driver's side door. I explained that the damage had already been noted when I picked up the vehicle in Oak Ridge. However, my rental documentation showed the vehicle as having no dents or scratches, which was inaccurate. I am still in possession of the vehicle and hope Enterprise addresses this situation promptly. I expected better communication, accurate documentation, and attention to a customer's safety concerns.

  Went to get a car from there and they wouldn't accept my rental because I have out of state license they need to fix or be more open about their polices even called them and ask before I left my state
