  Was met with sexism today and a bunch of dont give a crap people. I was out shopping with my littke boy cause today is his birthday. While we were out my car was idiling so rough and I couldn't hardly drive it over 30 mph. Got to auto zone. Went in asked for the codes to be read. He sees me and my son. Hands me the code reader and says here u go just go plug it up and come back in when its done... which i thought was weird because nobody has ever just gave me a code reader to do myself. Thought that was their job. But anyways I didnt complain I just said okay. And I went outside and done youtube. After several videos and searching I still couldnt find the spot for the code reader. So I went back inside. He said ill get you over on the nect counter in a minute. I just layed it down and said no I dont know how to do it I tried and ive bever used one. He think let out a laugh and kinda shook his head and said okay ill be out in a minute. The laugh. Done. Me. In. I tried to keep cool through everything. I said that its pathetic because you dont wanna do your job. Which he then said oh no no thats not it.... and I replied then what is it??? Then another employee came around and said ill go do it. And at that point I was like No do not come out and touch my car. The rudeness. The sexism. We do alot of business with auto zone in kingston and know alot of people who do and everyone cannot believe they just handed a woman with her small child in help a code reader to figure it out themselves.. then laughed.

  Walked wasent acknowledged at all. I was specifically looking for a worker so I could ask where I could find what I was looking for no one to be found but you could hear them. At some point an older woman with long black hair comes out picks up the phone as I was walking to the counter finished her call and turned around and walked off with me standing at the counter didnt even speak to me. So I stand there a minute listening to the 2 men having their conversation behind the shelf and I say can someone please check me out... Still no acknowledgement. Woman walks back out and up to the counter still doesn't say anything and proceeded to open a box and start to empty it. I ask again can someone please check me out to which she responds by huffing and puffing rolling her eyes at me and with an attitude says I'll get him in a minute and she walks of toward to mens voices. Does not tell them I am standing there until she did whatever was so important. I had 1 wrench. Will not go back to this store

  Grace is the best employee/manager I have ever met or seen at any AutoZone or any place of business to be exact. Grace was not only friendly but very helpful on the project I was working on with my car. Thank you Grace again for your help and keep up the great work!
