I’ll go ahead and second the review from 2 month ago. I’ve had enough of this place and their terrible manager. This is the same guy that enrolled my number in their system and after coming back over and over again, my number was all of the sudden not in the system even though he made it and corrected the system error. Fast forward to today, I purchased an item on Saturday and had my proof of purchase (bank statement )
However, after having an altercation with the previous customer, he took it out on me and refused the return. The item was still new and clearly not used. They are so unhelpful and unfriendly. I called AA in Franklin and told them what happened, a nice lady told me that should never happen and they could have at least done an in store credit. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Being kind doesn’t cost anything but poor treatment costs you customer = money.

Bad experience and manager wasn’t very nice (and prices were high.)
I needed a turn signal light replacement bulb. The associate looked up the part number and gave me a pack and said “we are out of the regular ones, but these should work fine, if you have any problem just bring back and return,” so I bought them. I was very careful opening the pack so if needed they would look nice for Re-shelving if I returned. They did not work, I took them back and was told by the manager that he could not accept them as a return since package had been opened. I explained the whole conversation to him and he again said “I can’t take them.” I had my original receipt, they were on my account history in their system and I was a frequent customer shopping there. I don’t appreciate the way this was handled and advise others to be cautious.
I have found the prices in this store to also be quite high.
I will not be shopping there again.

Terrible service. Went to get my under warranty battery tested and replaced. After confirming dead, I waited 30 more minutes before leaving due to lack of service. While waiting, what looked like the manager stood outside smoking and talked about how hungover he was while another employee worked past his shift to handle customers. I highly recommend not going here. I drove to Smyrna and received immediate service and got out in under 10 minutes.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?
Expand FAQ item
Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
