I told them that I threw the box. They told me to get the box back out of the garbage after I did so the manager put the headphones in the box that I picked up from the garbage and tells me we can’t return it we could only exchange it. I looked up online pilot return policy is fully refundable within seven days and exchange for 30 days. and the manager here has very bad attitude with me.
