  Dave and Kevin were the nicest guys and super knowledgeable. Our car needed new brakes on the way to Nashville and these guys not only fixed our car and ordered parts but drove us 20 minutes out to get an uber. They stayed later than everyone to make sure we had a ride, looked at the car and gave us a great estimate, super personable, and just genuinely cared. All around a great business, cares about their customers, and that’s insanely hard to find nowadays. I can’t even find the words to describe these guys and how great they are. Can’t recommend enough.

  Man, what a FANTASTIC experience. Lemme paint the picture: Being a girl, you always have to be on guard with car places and do your research. I've been taken advantage of before. So I googled and read up. I was almost sure that all I needed was my stem replaced on my back passenger tire. I told the lady when I came in. She (Courtney I believe) was really nice and advised I have someone pick me up instead of waiting like I was going to. They had quite a few before me. She came out to look at my tire and spoke with respect and a smile. They called me exactly when they told me thought it would be ready and TOLD ME I DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING. Man, I'm so thankful. I'd only had those tires a few months and I'm struggling just like everyone else these days. The guy handed me a broken off nail(?) that had been in my tire and told me they took care of that and another thing( sorry I'm not sure the part of the tire he said). FOR FREE Everyone in that office had great manners. And they were open and working on a holiday, which was pretty awesome. It was well over 90° today too. Thanks y'all. I won't be going anywhere else for tires or anything to do with them.

  I had an unexpected tire issue while traveling from out of town and was stressed about finding help quickly. This shop went above and beyond by squeezing me in without an appointment and fixing the hole in my tire right away. The staff was professional, friendly, and understanding of my situation. Their quick service saved my family vacation. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and efficiency. If you need honest, reliable tire service, I highly recommend them!

  Not happy with the new corporate leadership. I miss the old team. I have literally spent many thousands of dollars there over the last decade probably over $10,000. Went in today with an appointment to have my spare tire mounted on my car. It was a brand new tire in very good condition but because it was 26 years old, they refused to mount it for me. If these guys aren’t making more than $100 a pop , they don’t want your business. They say it’s due to liability and safety standards but this is Newport Tennessee y’all. They did refer me to someone who did it quickly and cheaply so next time you need a small job done go to the farmers co-op and don’t fool with this corporate tire place. In this town, $20 is still $20 which is exactly how much the farmers co-op charge me to mount an remount my brand new 26 year -old tire in excellent condition.

  I went to the Toyota dealership in Morristown for other service and was told I need 4 new tires because of dry rot and tread wear and would have to pay a lot for alignment. I had bought three of the tires at Tire Discounters (the 4th had been a spare) so I went back there and was not only given a much better price for tires but they said I only needed the one replaced. How many places will say that when you are bracing to buy four! I appreciate their honesty and I highly recommend them.
