  The oil was changed and filter with hardly any wait time ✔️ also noticed that the air filter was in bad shape and also changed that , noticed that they checked all lights and turn signals when coming in for a service before the name change to Strickland brothers that had never been done so that was a plus ✔️👋🏾💯. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a oil change !

  I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers! They advertise a 10-minute oil change, and they definitely lived up to it. They had my oil change finished in less than 10 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. Ron Leser greeted me when I arrived and was very welcoming, and James Stephens was very nice and provided excellent service. Everything was quick, easy, and professional from start to finish. It’s nice to find a place that actually delivers on what they advertise. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change and would recommend Strickland Brothers to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service.

  Service techs were awesome. They let me know my oil filter was leaking and was barely finger tight from last oil change. Which was done there. Price basically doubled from a month ago I drive 35 miles one way because of the reasonable price before. I can drive a mile down the road from home for the same price now. Very disappointing.

  Used to come up to the quick lube all the time to get my oil changed. Was never more than $45-$50, always quick and friendly service. Came in today noticed the remodel, went about my business. Mr. Michael whom I know and trust mentioned my air filter needed replaced and I was grateful and thankful. So in my head, I’m thinking on average $45-$50 plus $30 for the air filter and installation, I’m thinking like $75-$80. However, at the end of the service, a gentleman with no name tag came up with an iPad to say that my total was $129 his excuse claiming that they were under new management and prices had went up four times in the past month. When I explained to him that this was not something that I could pay because I was expecting a different price and no one had informed me of the prize changes and there were no prices posted He said there wasn’t much he could do except offer a small discount, which even that was still outside of my budget. Just speaking from a professional standpoint if prices have changed that drastically, something should be said before the service. This shows poor character in a business. I will not be returning.

  I received an oil change with the best customer service and fast service; while experiencing next level hospitality...I'm a Newport native and U.S. Army Veteran, ret. I've NEVER had an oil change entity that offered a bottle of cold water on a Hot day or ANY day!!!
